Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Don’t bother asking an associate where something might be located in the store. I’m not sure what this girls problem was, I am always polite and smile at people and her and another associate had the worst attitudes and one actually rolled her eyes as I said ok I will look for it. Wth?! I can’t understand why people are so rude to nice people. worst place I ever been

This store needs a lot of work if they are going to be able to retain customers and not go out of business like so many other Kmart stores. We went in to look at patio furniture at the end of the summer, and we saw a set we really liked, but they didn’t have it in the color we wanted. The customer service associate offered to help look in their systems, which ended up being the same online system that we could look at on our own, and only showed that there weren’t any within 50 miles. They don’t have the capability to look up where the closest store is that has the item, and after ~20−30 minutes of us standing around waiting, he offered to make a few more calls on our behalf and get in touch with us in a day or two. We made sure to ask that he please give us a call as we really would like to buy this set(i.e. you find it, and we WILL buy it). We made sure to ask that he not«blow us off.» After several days, it became apparent that they hadn’t bothered doing anything, and upon returning to the store, they said that he must’ve forgotten, they still can’t find out any more information, sorry about that. This is a prime example of why people choose not to shop at Kmart anymore, but would rather go to a competitor that will work hard to make a sale. We will be looking elsewhere for patio furniture.

There isn’t much on the shelves and very few employees working. Looks like they’re ready to close their doors. On the bright side, there are a few friendly employees.

Why is this kmart still even open? I wondered why no one shopped there anymore and had gone in to buy a couple things. The«customer service» is a joke. The employees obviously don’t want to be there, no wonder no one wants to shop there.

This store sells expired products! For example, shampoo and conditioner sold a year and a half after the expiration date. Cereal and canned goods sold also way past the expiration date. This is why Kmart is losing its consumers to other stores due to its shady antics. Good job Kmart!

It’s a Kmart. What else do you need to know? It’s cheap, a little dirty, and the clientele makes the Walmart parking lot look like Studio 54.
