I’ve been shopping at this Speedway location as all Krogers are about same distance from our house. Finally got my IN driver’s license(they took my IL license) and for some reason the manager(who was training a new guy) at the cash register refused to let me purchase the bottle of wine because the license is on paper. Yet the Indiana government says it is a valid driver’s license for identification and even has my photo. Also, I’m 51 years old. Not like there is any question if I’m over 21. So I ended up leaving without my wine because she made the decision she wasn’t going to sell it to me? So they have lost my business. I went to another Kroger and the girl didn’t even bother to check(i.e. yeah the dude is definitely over 30 years old). I’ll never go back to this store and we spent at least about $ 300/wk in that store. Now a different Kroger gets my business. So stay away if you don’t want to be a hassled senior citizen.

BEWAREOFNOTGETTINGYOURGROCERIES. THISSTORELIESTOYOU. I went to this store on June 6, 2015. I purchased 3 lbs. of hamburger with 2 packets of meatloaf seasoning along with $ 73. worth of other items. I went through Janae register. She was nice and polite. She gave me my groceries and I asked it that all of them, she nodded yes. When I got home I saw that I was not given my hamburger or my seasoning packets. I called the store and Jason answered. I told him what happened. He then put me on hold. When he returned the told me that Janae tried to catch me before I went out of the store. The he said someone else came back to the register to claim my hamburger. No Janae knew the hamburger did not belong to that shopper but gave it away anyway. Then Jason told me it was to bad that I lost my hamburger. I’m guessing that he is not smart enough to understand that Janae gave it to someone else after she tried to get to me before I got out of the store. He just came out and told me that I was out the $ 15.00. Well I guess Kroger hires idiots and then makes them managers that does not care about customer service.

An average supermarket. They had what we were looking for, so ok.

Its a grocery store… not my favorite shopping to do… but a necessity of life. The staff is very nice here. Sometimes I wish they had better savings plan, the gas thing does not ever work out for me. New improved produce area is nice.

This is my go-to neighborhood grocery store. It’s enormous, has a great variety of produce, meats, organic food, and international groceries. I love the self-checkout registers for quick service. Variety: 5⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5 Service: 4⁄5

Love receiving fuel points when purchasing items at Kroger. Don’t forget to use your Kroger card at the Pharamacy when you pick up scripts. Saying 50 – 60 cents off per gallon is nice savings. The Pharmacy generic program is a great savings as well. Check it out…$ 10 for 3 months of generics on their formula.

This is a really nice Kroger. Huge, great selection of produce and meats, really friendly deli people. And they have self checkout at each end of the bank of cash registers, meaning that checkout is almost always quick(almost). Oh, yeah, and I always seem to find a decent place to park.

I’d give another star or two for the selection of organic, and allergy sensitive prepared foods this Kroger stocks, but other issues keep it at 3 stars. This is the largest Kroger in Indy, maybe the state, but you’d never know it if you only looked at the number of employees working the checkout lanes. I have never witnessed a time, where enough lanes are open to accommodate the large number of waiting customers. The produce dept. is expansive, but has a limited selection, and is not always as fresh as one would like, same goes for the meats. The meats packages are prepared seemingly by a 2nd grader, who expected to receive a star for quanitity, rather that how tightly the cellophane is wrapped. It is a shame the Westside’s largest grocer doesn’t show a little more care for the community it serves. Every time I leave, I think I will never return, but I know I will be forced by geography and time constraints to use it again.

This is the largest Kroger in Indy and the second-largest in the state. Although its location may make this seem somewhat unlikely, it is really high-end, nicely designed, and frigging enormous. Every amenity you would want in a grocery store is here. Kroger’s pricing is very competitive and filled with great buys, especially when stuff is on sale. Although I hate shopper tracking cards, they are sort of creepy. The clientele may be a little sketchy sometimes but it’s a great place to buy literally everything on your list.
