You know what makes an excellent breakfast? Pie and coffee. I picked up a mini Strawberry Basil Lattice & Lard pie from Wildmarket and please do not judge but I could eat one of those mini pies for breakfast or a snack everyday. With flavors like Spicy Pineapple, Blueberry Peach Ginger & Rhubarb, Purple Sweet Potato, Blueberry Basil, Bourbon Bacon Pecan, Applewood Smoked Bacon & Apple and Tart Cherry I think we could all use more Lattice & Lard pie in our lives. I appreciate the diverse flavor combos and I swoon over the sheer beauty of these creations. They are almost too pretty to eat… almost!
