This place is amazing. I have never been to a laundromat other than during college, but I would almost go back on the regular to do wash here(I have a washer and dryer at home, so that wouldn’t really make sense). It was so clean and so easy to do all of the washing that I had at once. There was also ample room for folding and plenty of chairs in which to sit and wait. I visited Laundromat in order to clean a large comforter that wouldn’t fit in my washer at home. It worked out great. Laundromat had plenty of large format machines available and even though it was busy in there, I didn’t have to wait for a machine. Because of the large format and the amount of space, I really feel like my comforter was getting jostled around and truly cleaned. I was also really pleased to find that the machines take credit card. I was woefully underprepared in the coinage department(it was apparent that I haven’t used pay machines since college, because my price estimate was way off). The dryers were also great and inexpensive. You choose how long the dryer runs based on how many quarters you use — and they really worked very efficiently. I can’t think of anything else that I would expect out of a laundromat that Laundromat didn’t offer. Even if you have a washer/dryer at home, this place can’t be beat for washing large items like blankets. Worth a trip a few times a year for that alone!

Fairly busy of the evenings, but no lack of machines. It’s a clean place. Detergent slots aren’t caked with previous detergents/bleach/fabric softener like other places and I’ve seen the attendants going around to check and clean them when they need it. And who can beat .25 dryers!!! Much cheaper than my apartment complex and they have different size washer/dryers.

My laundromat recently closed but I was fortunate to find this one. It was clean modern and the employee that was present was working hard at keeping the floors, the washer and dryer’s clean. You can use debit cards, credit card, get a prepaid $ 15.00 card or coins. They have a bill and coin changer, limited soap/softener, snacks and drink vending machines. They have 4 sizes of washer, small, med, large and extra large, all front loaders and 2 sizes of dryer’s. The average cost to wash and dry a med size load of clothes is $$ 8.50. They have a drop off service that charges by the pound. I went on a busy Saturday but there were still plenty of machines available.

The best part about this place — the name. Laundromat. There is no confusion with their business model. I started to come here after the Carmel laundromat closed(how a laundromat can exist in Carmel and not violate a city ordinance is beyond me). This place is top notch. It’s always clean, free wifi, different size washer and dryers and credit card machines. Best in Indy!

I have been looking for a laundry mat to do my large king size comforters, to no luck… they where all REALLYDIRTY, expensive, no one was«there» and most of the equipment was either broken or empty… I decided to try looking one more time and came across this Laundry mat I’m reviewing. I came here BECAUSE it had good reviews, so I called ahead to make sure they had large capacity washer… the lady who answer was not only kind but very informative… I came in 20 min. later and the attendant greeted me and explained how everything worked, and which washer was best for my laundry. Also the place was super clean, and smell clean, even the baseboards where spotless. Anytime I needed anything or had any questions, the attendant was always there to help and She was very nice. My laundry took no time to do.

I’ve done my time in both laundromats and on-site apt. laundry rooms and this is as good as it gets. This place is great, in fact, and the answer to my dreams. Not only is is clean and the service is efficient and friendly, but $ 47.00(which included a generous tip) saved me the three hours it would have taken to haul three loads of laundry between buildings, back and forth to machines, fold and put away. Hallelujah! This was a steal at $ 1.45/lb for the wash/fluff/fold service. Best thing I bought for myself all year.

Great staff. Super helpful. Clean, clean, clean facility. Enjoyable experience(for laundry). I will be back very soon! Safe area, for the most part. I never felt uncomfortable. I am glad I listened to the reviews and came here.

My dryer went out on the coldest day of the year. I had to quickly find a laundromat to wash and dry. Yolanda, the onsight attendant, could tell I was a newbie. She took the time to tell me which washers would work best for me, told me how much detergent to use and was right there to help me with the dryers. She keeps the place clean, constantly mopping the floor and cleaning off the machines. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I would highly recommend it if you ever find yourself in need of a laundromat!

This was my first time going to a laundromat on this side of town. I was unsure of the layout when I first walked in, but was greeted by the woman on duty. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. She showed me the different washers, dryers, and helped me with how much each could hold. The place is really clean, and I saw her multiple times in the hour and a half I was there sweeping up and helping other customers. I will definitely be back!

After waiting nearly 3 weeks with a broken washing machine and nearing Christmas(the Miele distributor keeps telling us the new one is on it’s way… it’s not even snowing yet– what’s taking so long?)-, I broke down and took our dirties to the laundramat. This place is very CLEAN, just like the other Unilocalers have noted! It took only a couple of hours to do 4 full baskets of laundry, even a few of our early arriver– college kid’s clothes! Debit/Credit card reading washers & dryers?! WOW! And, the place is very CLEAN! I even saw the attendant cleaning washers detergent dispensers & wiping insides & doors off! Amazing! I would highly recommend this place! Best thing at the end, you can go over to Saham’s Place for dinner & some great beer afterwards! :)

After waiting over 3 weeks with a broken washing machine, I finally bit the bullet and took all of my clothes to the laundry mat. First off– I am not exaggerating when I say that I had a huge amount of laundry to do. 1 super large trash bag completely full(keeping it classy) and 2 of those jumbo pop-up hampers from my college days which were both compressed down so there was absolutely no air getting in. I picked this location because it wasn’t too far from my house and, based on Unilocal reviews, appeared to take credit cards. This has to be one of the nicest laundry mats in the area. Honestly, I am just guessing since this was my first time ever going to a laundry mat in Indy, but it was NICE! About ¼ of the machines took credit cards. It was so simple! I basically did 8 loads of laundry in 2 jumbo machines! The machines were 7.50/load– but I had ALOT! Best part– 23 mins. 23 mins?!? Really beats the hour and 5 mins it takes me to do a mini load in our apartments laundry room! Dryers were cheap. Much cheaper than what I pay in my complex. The large, jumbo driers are .25÷4 mins. I was able to dry ALL of my clothes together. It took 40 mins($ 2.50). The whole time there was a bit over an hour. I was able to use their free wifi and vegged out on some Netflix. I will be returning. Although, I may try their drop off service instead. I hate laundry.

This place is pretty clean and the attendant is really helpful. The dryers are awesome too. It seems more but it only took 25 mins to dry my sheets and comforters.

A little more expensive, but worth it. Clean, many machines in multiple sizes that all work, and helpful staff. Plenty of counters and carts too. Wi-Fi, magazines, and televisions you keep you entertained while you wait. Oh and they take cards on every machine!

I have come here often. The first time I came the woman attendant was rude because I was the last one there and it took me until 10:55pm to get everything done. Instead of complaining I just adjusted my schedule to come at a time she didnt work. Which used to be the day shift. I didnt have any problems since. FABULOUS … or so I thought. I arrive today just to wash my clothes not dry them. Granted I know its Christmas eve and she tells me they close at 5 … when I was walking in it was 3:45. I go back to my car and sit for a few minutes on the phone when I actually realized the time. I go back in and ask to use the washer since all I need is to wash and it only takes 25 minutes. Her response«I said we were closed.» Me «I dont have to dry it only takes 25 minutes» Her«I dont care Ive already cleaned» Me «May I please have the contact info and best time to reach the owner» Her«rattles off store number» Me … figuring it was the store number calls«how nice the store number so now you can delete whatever I say» Her«yep» –_______– All I wanted was 25 minutes. Very disappointed!!! I dont know what happened to Ms. Beverly but she was nice which made it easy going during the day. This woman … whatever her name was is rude. She was rude on night shift and shes rude now. Will NOT be returning.

This is an awesome laundromat! So what if the prices are a little higher, the machines work great, they are always clean, and it’s actually never that super busy there that you have to wait for a machine. What’s also really nice is that some of the machines(washers and dryers) take credit cards. Gone are the days where I’m worrying about having cash and enough quarters to run the machines. No more carrying tons of quarters in my pockets!

Never thought I’d give a laundromat 5 stars but this is definitely the best one I’ve ever been to. As everyone else has stated it’s clean. Not spotless, but clean for a laundromat. Prices are reasonable and location is conveniently located near a grocery store in case you forget something. Lots of folding tables and rolling baskets to use.

Last year my wife and I moved from a 3 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment. In the move we sold our HUGE washer and dryer and got a small stackable unit in the apartment. About 1 month into our new apartment living, our cat decided to use our new comforter as a litter box. Said comforter wouldn’t fit in our new washer. So we began our search. For less than $ 15, I was able to drop off my queen size comforter in the morning, have it laundered, and pick it up that afternoon. That’s hard to beat. We’ve been here a few times since then to wash the comforter and sometimes sheets, coats, etc. the do it yourself equipment is nice, but the drop off service is amazing.
