Laundry & Tan Connection

It’s a laundry facility so off the bat it’s kind of awful. This one is large with a good number of machines. The dryers work pretty well. Prices are comparable to other places. They have free wifi but it’s of poor signal most of the time. It’s an okay place.

This is considered their super tanning facility and you understand why as soon as you walk in. Rarely a wait for for beds, booths with an occasional wait (3 – 5 mins) for the Versa Spa (spray tan) even with two booths. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are well maintained. The remodel, completed in April, will make you stop in your tracks as soon as you walk into the store if you haven’t seen it yet. Very upscale and you feel as if you’re entering a spa. No more cheesy Flordia, beachy look. Major improvement!

I used to do my laundry here regularly when I lived nearby. This is a coin-​operated laundry in addition to a tanning salon.
They are open 24 hours/​day, 7 days a week.
I haven’t tanned here, just done laundy.
They have top-​loading machines, and several sizes of front-​loaders for doing all sizes of articles and loads.
It could be a little cleaner, but it is clean enough. Staff is friendly. Late at night, you do get the «Night Court» effect of a few slightly weird people. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, but I’ve always felt safe here.
Standard snack machines, pop machines, and a kiddie play-​land area.
I recently had occasion to patronize this place when I was working late on that side of town, so I planned to stop by and do some laundry on my way back home. So this is an up-​to-​date review.
I like these kinds of places as they are cleaner than apartment complex laundry rooms. And cheaper when you use the large front-​loaders.
