Pricey and complicated, though the staff is really nice!
During my appointment, I couldn’t try on a trial pair of contacts, since they didn’t have my prescription in stock. They said they would be ordered and that I would receive a call after a few days. Well, I waited a week before calling them back. I guess no one placed the order, so I had to wait yet again. When I was finally able to pick up the trial pair, I went ahead and placed my order. Purchasing contacts through the store costs more than purchasing them directly through
. Unusual but I guess that’s expected, since I was using vision insurance. It’s just annoying. Prices should be same.
