I stepped on my glasses and scratched the lenses very badly. I needed new ones and needed them ready same day as I do not have back up pairs to wear. As I entered the store I was greeted by Brandon who assisted me in purchasing my new lenses. Also the new lenses were 20%! It took them less than an hour to make my new lenses in which normally I would have to wait a week or more for my new ones from my normal eye doctor. I paid $ 232 for the new lenses and had them made within an hour. Definitely worth the price and Brandon was so helpful! I will definitely return to this store.

Ruined my lenses… These people have no common sense, and are very unproffesional. Although I am happy I was re funded I will not be returning.

This place is unbelievable. The level and quality of service is what you’d expect from a fine dining restaurant. I will never by glasses or contacts from anywhere else. Specifically Caleb is incredibly helpful and the store manager goes above and beyond.

The store is pristine and beautiful. The staff, unfortunately, is another story. When I came in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I was waiting for an eye exam, and after taking a seat, everyone just kind of stared at me awkwardly as if they’d never seen a customer before. The Optometrist was fine. He seemed to be in a hurry to get finished, and I don’t blame him. After my exam, he chose some contacts for me to try. I’ve been wearing Acuvue for six years or so, as they do not dry out my eyes, and explained this to the doctor. He then told me that they were«all the same» and sent me home in a different brand of contacts, a brand I’ve never heard of until now. Of course, my eyes are dryer than ever in these new contacts and my eyes have been bloodshot for the last few days. It’s nice to be able to see though, and I think that is worth two stars.

While heading to the mall, i decided to jump in here to see if they could fix my glasses. At first glance i was completely blindsided(pun intended) by the amount of glasses they had. THEYWEREBEAUTIFUL! After I brought my focus back to the reason I came i looked around for someone to help me. I was eventually helped and asked to have a seat. Lets keep in mind that this was the end of the work day and the mall was only going to be open for about an hour. But, I still needed my glass fixed unfortunately the whole time that I was sitting with the woman all she could talk about was how she needed to get out of there and how tired she was. After realizing that this was not going to be an easy fix i asked if I could leave my glasses and do a little shopping and stop back before I left. They said that would be fine and I headed on my way. On my way out I stopped back in to pick them up, it was clear that they had not even taken a 2nd look at my glasses after I left and still had to wait for them to tell me that they could not fix them. Bottom line: I have had some really good experiences with other LensCrafters, go to one of those and avoid this one!
