Little Caesars Pizza

I entered the store at 1140am. I was the only one there. I had to wait approximately 3 – 4 minutes to even be acknowledged. When I was acknowledged, the lady was very rude & short with me. I think her name may be Tana B based on the receipt. I ordered 2 lunch combos and an order of bread sticks. She told me she didn’t have any cheese sauce ready. I asked how long before the cheese sauce was ready. She rolled her eyes, took a deep breath and exhaled and said «I guess I can go back there and do it now». She then ran my card and stormed off to the back. She didn’t even give me my receipt. While I was waiting a few more customers came in and they never acknowledged them. When she finally came to the front she announced to everyone that she had to make cheese sauce so that caused everybody else to wait. As if it was my fault that she was not prepared to serve customers. While she was helping other customers another employee came in with chili cheese dogs from Speedway. She put everything on a table in the back and then said she had to leave because she had forgot something at home. Meanwhile there were several people in line. «Tana» didn’t seem to care that her employee was just coming in and leaving again without helping serve the customers in line or get food prepped. Cheese sauce was not the only thing that they were out of. The interior dining area was overall clean but I was not one bit thrill with the level of customer service. When my order was finally done, she kinda tossed the bag at me and said «Here its done». When I asked for my receipt, she told me she didn’t know where it was and that I would have to wait until she finished ringing up the current customer. When I told her she placed it on the other side of the register, she acted like I was telling her what to do. It’s been a few years since I have been there and it will probably be a few more years before I go back.
