I went into this store ready to buy. Cash in hand. They chumps that worked there turned me off so much I walked out. I guess maybe I’ll try another store. Not cool man. Hire people who know how to talk to people.

The product I purchased through Lumber Liquidators was terrible. Only weeks after being professionally installed the floor started to seperate. We now have 10 different areas where the floor has come apart with some of the gaps being an inch wide. Lumber Liquidators’ explaination is that bamboo spreads and shrinks with humidity. The floor acclimated in our home for two weeks prior to installation and has only been installed for one season. This doesn’t seem like a reasonable response, considering the wood floors we had previously didn’t seperate. I’ve spent $ 11,000 between the floor and labor and have a floor that isn’t even safe to walk on two months later.

If I could give this place a zero, I would! I dealt with the Greenwood, IN store as well as Lumber Liquidators corporate.
They tried to charge us double for supplies we had already paid for. When we provided them with a bank statement that showed we had paid for the materials, the store manager had us contact corporate. The people at corporate refused to accept the bank statement as proof of purchase and went on to blame us by saying our card must have expired when clearly it had not.
To top it all off We had previously ordered and paid for almost 2k worth of supplies. They ordered the wrong amount of flooring which resulted in what should have been a weekend project taking 2 months.
An order from them takes 2 weeks to arrive.
In short, BUY YOUR FLOORING AT HOME DEPOT, LOWES, ANYWHERE EXCEPT LUMBER LIQUIDATORS!!!
