MC2 Home Inspections

Cannot say enough good things about MC2 Home Inspections. From the very first call, Mike was polite, friendly, helpful, and quick to get us scheduled. I arrived at our new home about 10 minutes before our schedule time and found the inspector, Brian Hedge already hard at work inspecting the exterior of the home. Brian was super friendly and kind enough to let me shadow him through the entire inspection. He took the time to not only perform a detailed inspection, but explained to me some of the things he was seeing as well as answered any questions that arose. His detailed and experienced knowledge about the components of the home as well as current codes left my mind at ease as to the homes condition. His knowledge and honesty showed he was not only there of the buyer, but for everyone involved. I would definitely refer him to any homeowner or realtor. He had our inspection report to us within hours of the inspection with clear and concise pictures and notes on his findings. All our future inspections will be completed by these guys.

When Mike answered the phone and started telling me about MC2’s beliefs and how they operate, it immediately put and questions out of my mind as to whether or not they were the right inspection company for me. I wanted someone that was going to work for me, not any realtor. I have to say I was more than surprised! Jeremy Rogers was my inspector, and once again, I was delighted when I arrive at my new house 10 mins before the scheduled appointment only to find Jeremy already there and checking things out! We were there for 2 and a half hours and he was patient and thorough. He was able to answer any questions I had along the way and was even pointing out things for to watch in the future.
I received my full report, in depth commentary and tons of pictures, that same night, which allowed me to meet with my realtor the next day to write repair requests. Jeremy even provided a list of contractors that he had worked with in the past and trusted.
In all, a very good experience in an otherwise stressful and hectic process.

Mike is wonderful. He has done 3 home inspections for us and we are impressed with how thorough of a job he does, cutting no corners and really giving you a sense of the good and bad of each home with the inspections. When performing inspections he points things out to you and explains what he is seeing as well as clearly answering any questions you have. He puts the reports together really quickly with detailed descriptions and picture and highlights what’s most important and puts things in perspective for you with each home (which is really helpful when considering a home for purchase). I recommend MC2 inspections to all my friends and family members who are buying and selling homes and have been so pleased with all of my interactions with them! By far the best inspection company in the Indianapolis area.
