McDonald’s

This McDonald’s… I am surprised it is still open, we normally go through the drive-​thru on Sunday for breakfast, but this week was the breaking point.
To start, when we pulled up, we waited about 2 minutes before the lady said anything, and she said «I am listening.»… Not Hi, how may I help you, not even a hello. And we got most of our order out then she said «What, I wasn’t listening.»
Ok, now to the first window, the lady there didn’t say «Hi.» Or «Your total is…», just took the card and when she handed it back, didn’t say Thank you or Have a nice day/​morning.
The reason I gave 2 stars is the lady at the second window was very nice.
I would recommend going to Noble Romans or Fazolis if you need some food.

Worst customer service ever, two mornings in a row the cashiers get have an attitude before I can open my mouth, then the second window drive thru boy, why work in customer service if you can’t do your job, and you want $ 15/​hr huh. What a joke.

Every time I go here something bad happens! Once I waited in line and burned tons of gas, while they trained employees, over 45 minutes! Last night they didn’t accept charge cards and never told me! I waited for 15 minutes and didn’t have cash! Than they argued that they told me! Another time an employee chit chatted with the car ahead of me, they didn’t even order anything, they were just buddy’s with the employee and held up the line. When I did get to the window she gave me the wrong order! This is the worst McDonald’s ever!
