So, I was excited to see another Burmese restaurant in my area. With anticipation I entered a decidedly cheaply decorated Establishment. Now, I’m not complaining about the décor, I didn’t expect the Ritz. I was seated away from the other patrons(I was the only white boy here) ;) and given a menu. I asked for recommendations that were closer to Burmese and farther away from Chinese or Thai. She directed me to the MiMi Black Bean Beef. Turns out it’s Chinese… It was OK, I’ve had better. The beef was chewy and very mild. The other detractor is the Evangelical Christian soft rock being pumped out of the speakers. For around the same price, Kimu KILLS and I’ll just stick to them.

Very inexpensive with most dishes at $ 6 or such. The phở(meat soup) is great. Wonderful customer service. They were excited to show off their dishes! I would definitely return.

Pretty good. Owners are Burmese. I had a quick carry out. They have Pad Thai on the menu, and it was good. Very good for the price. But it was not the same recipe that I would normally expect at an actual Thai restaurant. But since they don’t call themselves a Thai restaurant, this is not a complaint. I’m merely telling you what to expect. Nice staff. And there were Burmese customers there.
