Set up an appointment to have extractions done. Went in for first visit to take x-rays and consult, he informed me that extractions had to be done all at once and that he would be doing the work. Went back two days later to have extractions done. After he did the numbing injections, I never saw him again. Another dentist whom I had never met, came in and extracted my teeth. Before leaving I was instructed to go to McDonald’s and purchase a milk shake to help settle my stomach, and not to smoke… how was I suppose to eat the milkshake w/a numb face I’ll never know. and not to eat solid food for 2 days, then slowly work solid foods back in. Two hours later I still had heavy bleeding and went back to the office to have the area repacked. By the time I got back home, I was vomiting every 20 minutes, and called the office… no answer. After this continued for a couple hours, I called Dr. Tillery at home and was told«you probably have the flu». What I had was a severe reaction to the numbing medication. The next morning I received a call from the office… not asking how I was doing, but to set up another appointment to have him check the area & to do a full cleaning of my teeth. I set up the appointment and went in a week later. I never saw Dr. Tillery, and only had my front teeth cleaned… they charged my insurance company for a full cleaning:(No one checked the extraction area and they were more concerned with setting up another appointment so they could drill out a silver filling because it was tarnished… a filling that NOONE can see and doesn’t have anything wrong with it. I would not send my enemies enemy to this dentist.
