Ok… Never have I seen such horrible customer service… I just walked into this store, with every intention of buying a Surface Pro 4, and the store was packed… With employees… Not one person welcomed me in, nor checked to see if I wanted anything, even after playing around on one for 10 minutes. I shall not buy my surface from this store. Completely disrespectful service is what I received. I wish I could give them no stars for a grade.

I have 2 X-1 consoles. One I bought at a big dept. store, the other I bought at this Microsoft Store. Unfortunately the COD Console that came from the dept. store was DOA right outta the box but I bought the last one so I couldn’t exchange it for another. Mailed it in for warranty repair but they sent me back a very beat up, used console that can’t sync wireless controllers«wirelessly» as a replacement for my brand new, faulty, expensive collector’s item. Awful experience! My other reg X-1 console I got from Microsoft Store sadly failed after just 5 months of use, took it to this Microsoft Store and left with a brand new replacement. They went above and beyond, vindicating Microsoft enough to stop me from switching to Sony PS4 at this time. I recommend only buying Microsoft products direct from the Micrsoft store. Very helpful and nice staff.

I’ve been coming to this store for awhile. I go to a lot of the game launches, and am very enthusiastic about video games. When I called last night, I was told I could do a trade in for 100 $ store credit. When I got to the store I was told I could get 3 $. When I complained in store, I was met with a simple«hey sorry about that.» When I called to complain, I couldn’t even get that much out of them. Very disappointed. I’m now heading to gamestop to trade xbox one for a PS4. So goodbye xbox. You were my first true love.

Microsoft has out done themselves with their retail stores! I love the bright open space and the video screen that wraps around the whole store! The displays are large and nothing feels crowded. the staff is very friendly, smart and always ready to help without trying to pressure you into buying anything! The Xbox One displays are addicting and can get you in trouble if you’re a gamer! Great store and love stopping in here when I’m at The Fashion Mall.

I’ve been visiting this store since it opened in 2012. I purchased my Surface from here shortly after they came out. Since then this location has helped me out when I was having some issues with it. Both issues had to do with the touch screen. When I took it into them there was no hassle and they swapped it out with a new one both times under the manufacture warranty. They staff in the store are very friendly and helpful. They’ll answer any questions you have and do it in a way that doesn’t make you feel like an idiot. They’re super pumped about new products that come out and want to show you all the features and what makes them so awesome. I’ve always been a fan of Microsoft over Apple and am so glad they have a store here in Indy to help out whenever I need it.

Visited the store today to have them look at my Nokia 2520 tablet that had a vertical line of dead pixels. Come to find out that the LCD screen had a hairline crack and they helped get it swapped out quickly through my Microsoft Complete warranty plan. The individual that helped me at their Answer Desk today was new and my type of return was his first but between diagnosis, administrative mumbo jumbo and swapping, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Fantastic! The store makes any tech geek happy with all of the technology goodness they have packed in there. Love the bright colors and how they space it out nicely so you don’t feel crowded when you just want to play with stuff. Also love the near 360 video wall showing off the products, Xbox games, etc.
