This company Is awful! They don’t deserve one star!
They cut grass that’s it! I thought the covenants and guidelines was the HOA bible and you were held accountable for your misdoings! The Orchard Valley subdivision has completely run amok! The neighbors are inconsiderate of others in terms of loud music, trash, pets, parking.
I like many others are that was trying to sell our homes and the consensus is the same! Everyone can’t be wrong! When people that come to see what’s for sale the feedback is «they don’t like the FEEL of the neighborhood» and that’s just pathetic. Omni should be sued for failing to enforce the rules and breaching their contractural
responsibilities to the community that they should be serving.
