Between 86th and this location, I try my hardest to stay away from this one. And this location is a lot closer to my house! No one greets you when you walk in, it takes forever for someone to notice you walk up to the check out counter although there are always a handful of workers back there looking right at you, and the store is absolutely filthy. Anyone complaining about their buying program didn’t pay attention in economics.

The workers are indifferent just as other reviews stated. They seem to ignore you on purpose until it’s time to check out. I come here frequently. The young lady that checked me out today was the kindest I have had. She was decent. Otherwise no help in the store, no greeting, etc. I also find their selection of boys pants always lacking. I have on several occasions found girls pants in the boys section. I also feel their prices are creeping a bit too high for used clothes. With that I will not complain too as if you take your time you can find some decent items! Just wish the boy’s section was as robust as the girl’s. Last thing, I will never sell clothes or shoes here again though. And I mean never. What they offer is insulting. I find much more value in donating to Operation Love or other charities.

Once Upon a Child has expanded and has quite the selection of clothing and toys. My only issue is that their prices are a little exorbitant when it comes to ‘designer’ duds. Sure, you’ll save a few bucks off retail, but I personally can’t justify the value — then again, my family isn’t all about the labels. I was pleasantly surprised to find a couple of nice leotards and new tights for my daughter’s dance class. I only wish that they’d expand their shoe sizes to realize that not all kids feet stop at size 6(my 10 yr old wears a women’s 7). If you’re looking for Halloween costumes, they’re stocked!

The two stars are because of the cute outfit I found here and the two people who seem to have an iota of an idea about good customer service(they checked me in). DONOT sell stuff here! I brought in two huge tubs of nice baby boy clothes and they picked it over for a few outfits they gave me $ 31 for. But the frustrating thing is that I stayed in the store(rather than crossing the street to go grocery shopping) while they processed my stuff because they told me that my stuff would be done straight away if I did that. So me(and my baby in his car seat!!) wandered around waiting for my name to appear on the magical white board. It was taking ages, but my hubby works at a used book store so I was being patient(your offer WILL be lower if you’re being witchy with a capital B). It seemed like an hour – it probably was! People were coming and going in front of me. Finally, the girl who checked me in GOTBACKFROMHERLUNCHBREAK! and saw me still waiting. They had finished with my stuff and had neglected to put my name on the board. No one seemed the least but apologetic except for her. Very bad show, OUAC!!! I will definitely never be going back there again, either to shop or to sell.

They have some cute stuff but at times the workers are rude & indifferent. I wouldn’t recommend selling items here. You’ll get more selling at a garage sale. I brought in some items purchased from another OUAC2 weeks prior. No receipt, which sucks for me. They still had their sales tags of $ 4.50 on them. I was given less than $ 1 per outfit. Go to buy, but sell your stuff on Craigslist or a garage sale or donate it to a charity.
