I purchased the Jeep Liberty Limited Urban All Terrain Jogging Stroller from this location on 06.14.2014 for $ 80.25. We have used the stroller for this past year without knowing that there was a recall on it. In fact, it was not brought to my attention until we recently tried to sale the stroller in a garage sale and a customer stated that she used to have the exact same stroller and many models were recalled and she had to go through the hassle of obtaining the replacement parts, etc. She asked if the stroller was part of the recall or if we were lucky enough to not have purchased the recalled model. Obviously I was unaware of the recall since we bought the item used, so I said I did not know but would look into it. So we took the stroller out of the garage sale and researched the item. This stroller had a recall that was released in JUNE 2013– long before I purchased it in June 2014. To be clear– 5 different models that included 96,000 strollers that also resulted in injuries– were involved in the recall. Not a small oversight on the part of OUC in South Indy.
Be aware when shopping there and be sure to check for recalls when purchasing any item other than clothing from the Once Upon a Child in South Indianapolis, because obviously the staff is too busy overpricing their items to be meticulous about safety.

Horrible service!!! Waited two hours for them to look at four bags of items when the girl told me it would be about 30 minutes. Never coming here again!!!
