We went here last night and the food was great but service was very poor. The waiter never checked up on us after the food runners brought the appetizer or the meal. We waited and waited and finally walked up to another server to ask for silverware. It took about 10 minutes for us to even get the drinks after we ordered them. He came by to drop off plates once and didn’t pause to ask us how we were doing, he just quickly put the appetizer plates on the table and walked away. He also forgot our eggrolls, but it was taking so long we didn’t want to remind him about them. We ended up skipping dessert and going somewhere else. On the bright side, the sea bass and shrimp were very good as well as the lobster/shrimp taco appetizer, but for $ 70, I’ll probably go somewhere else next time.

Ate lunch there on 6÷1÷16. Worst service I have ever received for a $ 57.00 lunch! Paid for a dessert and never got it. That’s right … We never got it! She took the money and disappeared. We waited and waited. Couldn’t find a manager — got so mad, we just left. They we’re not even busy. P. S. An 18% gratuity was added to our bill without our consent. Is this policy? If so… That stinks!

We had a delicious meal from the chicken wraps and the spring rolls through beef and pea pods(replacing the broccoli) and the honey shrimp. Love this place! Had another perfect meal with fantastic service by Kayla. Can’t wait to enjoy the leftovers tonight!

P.F. Chang’s just about put me in a food coma! I went with a large group of my peers and we all ordered something a little bit different. Each dish was made with creativity and tasted SOGOOD. I thought someone was going to have to carry me out of there. I would go back again and again. It was delicious and the waitstaff was great! I would recommend to all!

Kid’s fried rice is lots of food for the price. Everything tasted good. Service was good throughout dinner.

Girlfriend and I came here for lunch. We got the crab wontons, crispy honey chicken, and sweet & sour chicken. Our entrees were both great but the wontons weren’t any better than Panda Express… They were only somewhat edible because of the sauce that came with them. My biggest complaint was quantity. I believe it was $ 13 for our entrees each and there was hardly any chicken yet a huge bowl of rice that could feed 4. Drinks were flat and were $ 3. Overall, food was good but way overpriced for what they give you.

This is somewhat of a complicated scoring to get to a 3 average. I wish I could give it a 3.5. We have had excellent food there sometimes, and they have screwed it up other times. We had had good service and bad service, so it just depends. It is far pricier than other better restaurants that offer comparable food. I would probably only go back if someone else was paying. Now that we have excellent Thai, Japanese, and Indian in Richmond, there is no need to go out of our way to eat at PF Chang’s.

Great food, even with a reservation the wait was a bit long about 30 minutes passed the scheduled time.

I am and vegan and my wife is vegetarian. P.F. Chang’s offers a lot of options for both of us. The vegan dishes I ordered were the vegetarian lettuce wraps, coconut curry veggies, and the spicy green beans. My wife had the lo mein vegetable. Our meals came out fast even though it was a busy Saturday night. Everything was excellent! Service was great too. P.F. Chang’s is our favorite Chinese restaurant and it has lots of options for vegans and vegetarians.

so tired of lame food choices(pizza, hot dogs, burgers, fried food…) that pf Chang’s seemed like the healthiest option. I’m happy I came in for lunch and got their spicy soup and Chicken Jicama tacos — the tacos are small/tapas plate size but perfect with soup or another side — delicious! We had super friendly service as well :)

Normally, my PF Chang experiences are consistently good. Yesterday was the exception. I had the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli(gluten free) and my fiancé had Beef with Broccoli. My chicken meat was tough. Very chewy and way too salty. And if this makes sense, the dish was actually flavorless. The broccoli in both dishes was almost raw(we love raw veggies, but really wanted these to be cooked more). The tough, chewy, salty and flavorless chicken made my dining experience rather unfortunate. I gave them 2 Stars because our server was great. What happened to the food PF Chang’s?

I believe I reviewed Chang’s before. No ? I recently went to PF Changs at Keystone at the Crossing for a midday lunch and was pleased with my menu findings. I ordered the seseme chicken and fried rice. The fried rice was perfect. It was cooked just over al dente(which is how I prefer) and was full of egg. To me, if you’re not going to have random egg splatters throughout the rice, then it’s not fried rice. The seseme chicken was good. It was cooked great as well with just enough crunch on the outside to make you think of deep fried things but enough sauce to make you think of baked things. Oh yumalife, how I enjoy eating so * heart eyes* My date ordered some type of spicy shrimp and some chicken tacos. The tacos came with a cool slaw on top that cooled down the pepper hot flavor that the chicken had been marinated in. It was was FABULOUS! Actually, everything he ordered had just enough kick to make you drink water but was still flavorful and good. Next time I go, I think I will deviate from my normal chicken and rice selection and go off the grid with something like his food. Those tacos were great. There were three of them and they were pretty filling. They were FULL of ingredients, which is great. No one wants to order a taco and it not have food falling out of it when you pick it up. Well, maybe someone, somewhere does, but it isn’t me or my date. This was a birthday lunch and that made it all the more special. We didn’t mention it to the waiter or anything but I have no complaints on the deliciousness that we indulged in. It was pretty busy in there but the bar was open. We were able to get a table but next time, I think I will cop a squat at the bar, order some sake and some type of tacos and shrimp. Change is good. So is PF Changs. Might as well do both at once.

I liked it. The atmosphere was cool, the server was charismatic, and the food came out quick. It’s gourmet Chinese food, but I was disappointed in how my Almond & Cashew Chicken dish tasted. It was $ 14.50 for a small portion of brown rice and chicken drowned in warm sauce. The dragon tea was the best tasting thing there. My husband loved the giant plate of chicken fried rice though. I wouldn’t choose to go here again, but if was gifted a gift card then yes. I wish I would have ordered something different and steamed.

I mean, it is a PF Changs. High Quality Chinese Food in a chain restaurant atmosphere. There really isn’t much to say about this. This particular location in the Keystone area is very nice and kept that way due to the type of clientele they receive. If you are going to a PF Changs, this one is a great one to visit.

Been a bit since I ate here. Chicken spring roll is not very good. The shrimp wontons are great. Barely eatable is my chicken pad Thai, chicken is over cooked and hard, the noodles are a bit done too. What a waste of money

Yes this is a chain restaurant don’t hate them for it. My wife loves it so we go a few times a year. If you don’t make reservations get takeout or you will spend a long time waiting. We usually get the lettuce wraps as an appetizer. Last time we tried a new sushi roll that had mango in it. It was really good, but even being good with chopsticks it fell apart. I ordered the Moscow mule for my cocktail and it was good. They didn’t skimp on the alcohol, which means I got my money’s worth. It is family style so my wife and I usually get 3 dishes to share and whatever is left over we eat for lunch the next day(reheats well). Changs spicy chicken is always choice #1. The Mongolian beef is always choice #2 and #3 is always something different. The food never disappoints. The dessert is the banana spring rolls. It is banana wrapped in like a spring roll and fried. It is served with berries and coconut ice cream. They did add new desserts, 2 different dessert wontons. We tried them and they were just okay. I will stick with my banana dessert.

This was my second time trying P.F. Chang’s at Keystone. The first time the wait was too long so we didn’t end up eating here. Tonight was a little different. Being Mothers day we made reservations for 6pm knowing that this place get’s crowded. We arrived at 5:55 and checked in. We were told they were running behind and that it would be just a short wait. 30 minutes later we were still waiting and others around us were also in the same situation. I finally went to find out what was going on. Looking around there weren’t any open tables and you could see that it was still going to be a while. The guy at the hostess stand in front of my who also had a 6pm reservation was complaining and they gave him a pretty poor excuse. I asked him how much longer and he said it was still going to be another 20 or 30 minutes. I then just handed my pager to the hostess and said I’m done and not staying. I then went to my Open Table app and made a reservation at Sullivan’s Steakhouse next door. I walked over and upon showing up at Sullivan’s I was promptly seated. I would suggest that P.F. Chang’s management go over and talk to the people at Sullivan’s or Maggiano’s and learn how reservations actually work. The only thing that I could think of was the Seinfeld episode where Jerry goes to rent a car and made a reservation but they didn’t have any cars. Apparently P.F. Chang’s knows how to take the reservation, they just don’t know how to hold the reservation which is the most important part of the reservation. Will not come back to this place. Not worth it when there are so many other good places around that know how to treat their guests.

I had not been at a PF Chang’s but several of my friends love this place so I gave it a try. The first thing I noticed was that everything was overpriced. I don’t mind paying a little more if the food is excellent but this food was bland and flavorless. The waitress cleared away our lettuce wraps that we had only half eaten before the entrée was brought; she did not ask if we were done. We ordered dessert but it was still half frozen and had a chemical taste to it… Freezerburn? I wouldn’t eat here again and it is a reinforcement of why I don’t like major chains. It might be good where my friends live, but this site obviously relies on the brand recognition and not their own quality.

My wife and I had had a quite long and busy week, and when Friday night rolled around, we were ready to enjoy a nice meal and relax for a bit, and just catch up with each other. We arrived shortly before 5PM, and were seated promptly. The hostess was pleasant and the décor was warm and inviting. After that, things kind of started to fall apart. Our waitress was a bit harried, and I got the distinct feeling that she wanted to get us in and out as soon as possible. We typically aren’t ones to linger in a restaurant longer than is necessary, but this feeling of being rushed left me feeling a bit uncomfortable from the start. I ordered their house made non alcoholic Ginger Beer. I’m a big fan of Ginger Beer, and this is among the best I have EVER had. It was amazing. We looked at the menu, and decided on the two for one price dinner. This includes an appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. For our appetizer, we chose the chicken lettuce wraps, and those were the highlightof the meal. Really, really good. I ordered hot and sour soup, and it was neither hot nor sour, sadly. For our entrees, my wife ordered a spicy chicken dish and it was indeed tasty. I opted for the orange beef, and it was sub par. The flavor just wasn’t there for me, and the beef was quite tough with a lot of gristle in it. For our dessert, we ordered the chocolate raspberry won tons, but received the crème cheese won tons instead. I also thought the our meal was delivered was a bit«off». We got our soup, then our appetizer, then the main course, then our fortune cookies and check, and then our dessert. All in all, I left wondering why everyone seems to love PF Changs. Would I return? If someone else wanted to eat there, yes, I would, but it would never be a place I would choose.

PF Chang’s is so overrated. Mediocre Asian food at about a 50% increase in cost from a Chinese takeout restaurant(not including tip or drinks). Ex: sesame chicken costs about $ 14 here, but usually goes for $ 9 – 10 at a typical Chinese place, AND you’d be getting more food at that place usually. Oh well. cost aside. Food — Pretty tasty. I do love their Chicken Wraps appetizer, and their Chang’s Spicy Chicken. Really, the main thing PF Chang’s does well is their beef dishes. Their chicken dishes can be hit or miss, but they do an excellent job on mongolian beef, schezuan beef, etc. They also have a huge gluten-free menu, which is nice for hipsters and people with Celiac disease. Service — not the best. As usual. This place is packed no matter what time you go, and they never have enough waiters working. We waited 10 minutes before anyone even came to get our drink orders, so we had enough time to place our food orders right then as well. The food came out fairly fast so their cooks are on top of things at least. Don’t bother asking any questions about the menu though, their waiters and cooks are clueless. Atmosphere — Loud. PF Chang’s is always loud and crowded. We only go to PF Chang’s because they have gluten-free food for our relatives to eat. Their food is pretty good but the crowded restaurant, price and service isn’t worth going back for.
