Let me start off by saying that the establishment is very nice and beautifully decorated. They were able to accommodate my appointment request quickly which was really nice. When I arrived got my mani/​pedi, I didn’t have to wait long by. When they were ready for me, we headed back to the nail area and I was asked to pick out a color. This was my first disappointment, as the color selection was incredibly minimal. I ended up with colors I didn’t really want simply because there wasn’t much to choose from. We got started on my manicure first, which ended up looking really nice, however, the nail tech didn’t give me more than a 30 second hand/​arm massage. We were done with the manicure quickly, and then headed back to the pedicure area. The pedicure chair was not ready or clean, so I had to go back out to the manicure area and wait for about 10 minutes for her to get the pedicure area ready. I sat down in the chair and we got started, but then I quickly realized that the chair was broken, and there was no massage function. The tech spent a significant Lee more amount of time on my pedicure in the manicure which was nice. All and all, I probably won’t return.

I received a 60 minute massage from Lauren. It was amazing! I was a little nervous but she made me feel so relaxed and at ease.
