Penn Station East Coast Subs

Not sure why I even bothered to specify my order. It was made clearly how they wanted to make it. Disappointed

After a shopping trip to Pet People decided to stop here and grab something to eat before heading home.
When we walked in we were greeted right away. A girl at the counter took our order. She was friendly and asked questions regarding what we wanted on our sandwiches instead of just assuming that we wanted everything. They began our order and the girl walked to the other end of the counter to finalize the transaction.
We then grabbed a seat towards the back of the restaurant. The place is clean and well maintained. The tables were clean and even the bathroom were clean. My food came out first and then shortly after the other sandwich on my order came out.
Everything tasted good and is what I expected as I have been to several other locations around town. I don’t have a complaint against the place. The employees that I saw and interacted with were friendly and professional.

Probably the worst service I have ever had at a fast food place. Won’t do a Arnold Palmer because «lemonade is extra.» Well, that’s what I ordered. «Well it’s extra.» This place just keeps getting worse.

This location is pretty much a disaster. Our company will no longer go there for lunch due to the wait times to make food. The last 3 times I have been there it took 25 minutes, 30 minutes, and 45 minutes to make a 6 inch sub. No apology, so real urgency to help move the line along or get people out the door. They just aren’t trying and it shows.

Sub-​par food and awful service.
I’ve gone in twice with in the past two weeks placed a simple order for a chicken sandwich with only lettuce and both times have had to stop the employees from putting cheese on.
Employees also do not wear gloves when preparing food and think hand sanitizer is an acceptable means to clean hands for food prep.
And management allows employees to walk around dinning area on cell phones being loud and disruptive.

This place was fast and friendly they were out of sweet tea but started brewing when I requested more. The reason I give his place a three star rating was for poor food prep the persons hands handling food were dirty and after handing a sandwich from another customer they wiped there hands on there apron and started mine no gloves were in use I requested them to remake my sandwich with gloves but they said they didn’t have any very poor on A sanitary level so I hope my food is well with me today but I won’t come back just because I don’t want to become I’ll after eating somewhere whenever food prep is involved it’s never ok not to have gloves on it’s Indiana state code

This is a nice, quick stop if you need some quick lunch. If you’re picking up an order and need it on the fly, call it in ahead of time. You can skip the order line and walk up to a register just for call ins/​take out.
They will make the sandwich ahead; however, if you order freshcut fries, they will make the sandwich first and the fries when you get there. It’s still pretty quick, though, even if you do have to wait for the fries– And they’re fresh.
The staff is usually pretty friendly– Or at least complacent (as far as service goes).

Great Friendly staff, all i got was fries, i’ll be back
