I had the same experience as Harry. We purchased a house and needed the locks changed. About 40 mins after they said they’d show I got a phone call they’d be late. Like 3 hours late. Granted the guy came and was able to change the locks on 2 of the 3 doors. Which was a disappointment because we do not have a key for the back door of the house. A contractor we had in to estimate some fixes was surprised they couldn’t re-​key the back door. Guess I’ll have to find someone else for that.

Not even worth 1 star. Quoted 40 minutes then took over 2 hours. They could care less. Worst service. Guy was rude. I will never use again.
