The staff at this Radio Shack were adamant about getting me the best deal on my Sprint 2-​year upgrade, making sure I got top dollar for my trade in and a thorough transfer from the Galaxy S3 to the Galaxy S5. Montez was very helpful in getting me started and (Alex?) was very good about maintaining the activation process and working with other customers. The shop was clean and had everything else that I was looking for to finish my home stereo set up.

I was a big fan of Radio Shack 20 years ago, when they actually sold RADIOS. Now, it’s more like phone shack… if you’ve got a technical question, I’ve found you are better served somewhere else.
But, today, I needed a specialized part for a piece of audio equipment, and Radio Shack was the ONLY place I could think of that MIGHT have it, with out driving all the way up to Fry’s, so I decided to give them a try.
I’ve got to say… I was VERY impressed. A nice young man greeted me at the door, k took a look at what I needed, and said «I think we can help you…». Long story short, he found the part, and even unpackaged it to make sure it would work with my piece of equipment before I paid for it.
This was GREAT customer service. Well done, Radio Shack. Which is a sentence I never thought I“d find myself saying!

We came in here to look for a new phone after a visit to the petstore next door. They weren’t very busy. There was only 2 other customers in the store. No one offered to help us! All of their employees were talking amongst themselves. We didn’t even get a hello. So after 10 full minutes of this, we walked back out again. I was in a spending mood and they totally could have gotten my business as my fiancé said he saw the phone I was looking for at another Radio Shack and it was cheaper than at the Sprint store. I was there to buy, but oh well. Not sure if they even had the phone out yet because we saw it no where in the store or on their display case.
