Roller Cave

Great place for family fun. Been skating all my life, wonderful to have a place other than the west side to bring my kids. As said in other reviews be prepared to dodge little ones coming in all directions! This is not a place for strict adult skating so if you don’t want to skate with kids then don’t come. The music is catchy but there definitely are songs where the lyrics are super inappropriate and you pray the kids didn’t catch on. There are plenty of employees but not as active at watching and maintaining order as I would have hoped. Lots of birthdays parties, if l looking for a party idea that’s fun for your kids definitely consider this place. The skate shop had a nice selection of skates and you can try on various types before you buy so this is an awesome bonus. We will keep coming back, love this place. Plus it’s owned by a local family and I love to support local, homegrown businesses!

This skating rink has the largest inventory of skates I’ve ever seen. They have a better selection than any of the sporting stores including dicks. Thank you roller cave.

A nice place, clean, cute décor, but I can’t get past the inappropriate music videos that the kids could see because they have monitors that are everywhere.
Girls twerking etc on poles like strippers do, other videos with skimpy clothing.
I could deal with the music, although far from my taste, if I didn’t have to look at this stuff and my grandkids didn’t have to.
I won’t be back.

This place is easy-​going and fun. Yeah, you have to dodge kids. Yeah, sometimes the music is off… but I love skating, that the Roller Cave gives me a place to do that! The staff is nice, but they can be sassy. The cave theme is hilarious. There are a TON of lockers.
It’s a standard roller skating rink, but it’s pleasant. If you wanna skate and have some challenges and obstacles — the Roller Cave is your east side spot.

Roller skating! What’s to complain about here? Roller Cave is a classic, and just like you remembered it (even if you grew up somewhere else and skated at a different rink). Black lights, an arcade (with Skee Ball) and prizes for the tickets you collect, pizza and sodas till you bust? Sign me up. The thing that makes Roller Cave the best of the competition in Indy is the staff who are always friendly and helpful. It’s like they enjoy their jobs and are genuinely happy you’re there too. That makes all the difference here.
