The employees here were so amazing. They duplicated my favorite dish(which for whatever reason has been taken off the main menu for a while now) and the manager brought it out and was just so friendly and hospital. If I wasn’t just stuck in the area because of the weather I’d definitely go back lol!

Ruby Tuesday used to offer premium food, now their food quality goes down. Food was overcooked, they need to change their chefs!

I haven’t been in this location for a minute. I can safely say that my meals have not been extremely horrible here but nothing great either. Just a whole Lotta mediocre; and for these prices compared to other chains, quality has to improve. They have great ideas, but have to execute them better. FORINSTANCE, if mac n cheese is considered a premium side and have to pay extra, my expectation is above that of kraft microwaved too long creating a solid mass. As, well as getting my steak temp correct. Med well is a far cry from Med rare. Undercooked, hard to bite, semi grilled asparagus is not quality either. And don’t get me started on ribs… a minimum expectation is falling/seperating of the bone when lifted from the underside, not having to use a steak knife to cut them. Next time, I’ll skip the coupon and chose better.

Went today for lunch. They got my husbands order wrong, but he ate the mini cheeseburgers anyway, ordered the tiramisu for dessert, it was frozen and didn’t look like or taste like tiramisu. t was awful. Won’t go back.

I went to this location to get the Rib Fest to celebrate my birthday. How can you be out of Ribs at 6:00 on Sunday evening. And then you were just like Sorry. No recommendations on anything else. We paid for our drinks and left.

Small portions, limited options on the salad bar… and a pricey tab at the end of the meal. The place I feel is very congested, however the highlight for this visit was our server, who was friendly, and did whatever he could to take care of us.

Went to Ruby Tuesday’s for dinner a couple nights ago and had a pretty lackluster experience. The only good part about it? The server. Our waitress was really attentive and I felt kind of bad for her because the rest of the restaurant staff seemed to be off their game. First? They ran out of clean silverware. The place was full, but there wasn’t much of a wait(it only took 5 minutes to get us seated) so it seemed like it was more a lack of coordination with the dish staff. Our appetizer came out before we even got silverware, so that was kind of frustrating. Second, my steak was overcooked. I asked for medium and got something which was very well done and on the tough side. My husband’s steak was cooked perfectly though, which was nice for him. My mashed potatoes were almost runny too, so overall I wasn’t impressed with the meal. I’m one of those«never send food back» types,(unless it’s inedible) so I ate it. But I’ve definitely had better meals here.

Was here about 9 months ago and it still bad or should I say no food available. No ribeye steaks, no ribs & no bake potato. What we did get was half cold. I could never say eat here.

Not overly impressed with the food, and service was somewhat slow. Not that the food was bad, by it just wasn’t to our liking.

We have had a couple of remarkably bad experiences at this Ruby Tuesday location, but we dropped in again last weekend JUST for the salad bar. I loved salad bars as a kid(really!) and am sad they’ve gone by the wayside, for the most part. Anyway, there isn’t a lot of service necessary for the salad bar — just drinks and the biscuits they bring out, but our waiter was nice. The salad bar is just a salad bar. You know what I mean? It’s fine. It hit the spot and fulfilled a need. Standard salad mixes and assorted toppings. Pasta salad. Broccoli salad. The produce was mostly good(the tomatoes were under-ripe, but we’re not in tomato season). I wish they had cottage cheese. My favorite thing is the pumpernickel croutons, which I would happily dip in blue cheese dressing and eat in large quantities, if I had disposable income to purchase a new wardrobe.

Hickory bourbon sauce is delicious had it on the wings instead of a buffalo sauce in the four way sampler. The Southwest spring rolls man needed something don’t know what the people my party had the burgers if they hadn’t had them cooked to Death.(Well done and med well) they might have been delicious. LoL. No the meat flavor or the triple prime was really good.

I won’t lie — we came for the salad bar. I know Ruby Tuesday’s is having a hard time in general and our visits are always hit or miss, however, you can never go wrong with the Salad bar. My girlfriends and I had been shopping for bridesmaid dresses and were starving. They ordered the buffalo chicken minis and salad & I wanted the zucchini minis, but they were out! On a Saturday! I was shocked. Needless to say, I had just the salad and made due with dessert ;)

Ruby Tuesday’s is always good, but last nights visit was only ‘decent’. Ordered the Cajun pasta. Didn’t have sausage, and didn’t want the shrimp, but of course was the same price. Drinks are good and Salad Bar(garden bar) is the best I’ve ever seen. This Restaurant comes up for Greenwood, but is in Indianapolis. Regardless. The food and atmosphere is very good! Will continue to always go back.

Our second trip to Ruby Tuesday in a week and ordered the exact same… a rib eye with a crab cake and delicious prefectly ripe beef steak tomatoes. For me, the seafood trio with lobster, grilled to perfection shrimp, and a tasty yet(really) small crab cake. My dinner included the salad bar. The salad bar is something that knocks off a 4th star. It is so limited and the amounts in each serve bowl is so small the salad bar attendent is seemingly constant back and forth from the kitchen to refill them. I’m also not quite certain what the cubed meat is; it looks like bologna! There is a spring type mix of lettuce that is a bit limp and of the four containers of lettuce the one has plain iceburg which was crisp so I opted for it. I would’ve liked a Romaine just because it would’ve been a second choice for crisp lettuce and I like that best. There’s more than enough variety of dressing and plenty of it in tall crocks. The waldorf type salad is good, the potato salad even better, beyond that there are onions, shredded cheese, mushrooms, peas, edame(?) sliced black olives, bacon, and croutons as well as shelled sunflower seeds that I recall. Our entrees were excellent. I heard the new chef, Stephanie has made a difference in the grilling areas. The little bisuits are soooo good! Light, fresh, and pack some flavor I’ve not had anywhere else. Sitting at the bar gave us a few of the chefs and they seemed to be working well as a team and non stop. I’ll be back soon, Rube :)

I have become increasingly impressed with this Ruby Tuesday. They recently revamped their menu and added the salad bar as a side to any entrée. They also have happy hour at the bar with all of their appetizers and most drinks costing only 5 bucks. The baja tacos are delicious! My husband and I always order one of the triple prime burgers and are never disappointed.

You know, I find their food kind of mediocre, but the salad bar really is great. Really fresh nice looking assortment, kept well stocked and reasonably tidy. The staff at this particular establishment seems nice as well. The salad bar is a little expensive($ 8.95 — for $ 1 more you can get some mini burgers and fries or some soup), but it’s where I would head if I wanted to pig out on salad.

Another restaurant on our 10 year old’s must-eat-at list. He tried ribs for the first time and said it was the most awesome thing he’d ever tasted — I have to admit the sauce that(accidentally) got on my finger was pretty darn tasty. The other entrees were good. The portions a little small for the price, but nothing to complain about. The service was good, especially considering it was our teenage waiter’s first week. The kitchen was slow and disorganized — each plate came out minutes apart. Overall, a good family meal and great standby restaurant.

Can’t say enough about their salad bar. Freshness that can’t be matched locally. Great selection and lots of tasty homemade dressings. Entrée portions are adequate. some even good enough to share. Their chicken and broccoli pasta is a personal favorite, although my selections have run the full gamut including their burgers and steaks. Attentive service and moderate pricing.
