These apartments are the trifecta of terrible: lazy staff, terrible maintenance, and apartments that are falling apart. When we first moved in, all of the maintenance staff quit so there was no one here to fix anything. We had water pipes leaking into the wall for weeks and a broken dishwasher for 6 months. Thankfully the maintenance staff have improved quite a bit (although the bar was pretty low) but the office staff are insanely lazy and unhelpful, except for maybe one. I mean, the apartments are cheap so what can I really expect, right?
If you’re in a bind, maybe this is the place for you but if you can, avoid at all costs.

The leasing staff is the laziest and most incompetent you will ever find. They sit on their asses all day on their phones doing nothing when there are multiple problems they could be fixing.
Mary the manager is a mentally incompetent liar. She said that they don’t want people who have the cops constantly called on them yet those are the kind of trash that live here.
Their website is complete lies. Not one thing on here is true. No good active people live here only people who don’t have jobs or only part time jobs. They must be getting a deal for being black because they wouldn’t be able to afford the place unless they are charging the whites more.
If you like living among unmarried women with kids they can’t control, drug dealers, or illegals this is the place for you.
The staff can spin any thing like the several shootings that have gone down.
The residents are super lazy too. Just look at the car tracks on the grass, the trash and mail on the ground and the dog droppings everywhere.
The whores think they can do anything they want like wake you up in the middle of the night because their bastard is crying and the staff acts like the whore isn’t doing anything wrong. Seriously if you’re not a whore with mulitple bastards don’t bother checking this place out.
