I scheduled our daughter’s 1st Christmas pictures, and this was a terrible experience. There were either 4 photographers or 4 employees standing around trying to figure out a camera. Not only did they not know how to pose an infant(they laid my daughter ON the backdrop, on her stomach and it looked awful; my mother actually suggested a wooden box with blankets to put her in, that was already sitting out) it literally seemed like they had never operated a camera before. They would take 1 shot, then stare at the screen next to the camera and wait for the picture to pop up(disregarding my 3 month old, who kept smiling and laughing, but only 2 or 3 pictures had a smile, and we maybe ended up with 5 good pictures.) The weirdest part is that Sears called me twice that week to ask me about backgrounds, poses, and then the day of, the photographer rolled them all out like she had seen them for the first time. Thanks Sears. Thanks for saving me from ever going back here for my daughter’s pictures again.
