I would give this place negative stars if I could…
NEVER GO TO SHARP’S GARAGE!!! I went on Saturday to get an estimate because my heat went out in my car. I spoke with Bob and he said nothing about the estimate costing anything. Once I got there he said it would be $ 25 for an estimate, so I agreed. After looking at my car for 15 minutes he came back and said «it was more work than I thought so you’re going to need to pay me $ 45 today». When I questioned him he told me that he had to take a bunch of stuff apart and basically indicated he would put it back together once I paid. I was alone and he was the only person in the office with me. I felt uncomfortable and that I had to pay, so I did. Today my boyfriend fixed my car for $ 250 less than what I was quoted and also told me that my motor blower had been disconnected and was find. That’s what Bob said I needed to have fixed. When it was actually my resistor that was broken. When I called Bob on my lunch break to ask for a refund. He rudely refused. When I asked for a manager he said «that’s me» and when I asked for an owner he said «that’s me». When I told him that I paid to have my car «put back together» and he left my motor disconnected he said «that was an oversight» and still refused to refund my money. The part I needed only cost $ 38 after tax. So I paid him more for doing nothing. This is BAD BUSINESS! Please share and never visit this place!!!
