This place. Not even the place. This massage therapist. I wasn’t sure what to think. I was on living social poking around at different offerings and this one stuck out to me. I read reviews online and was like 90 minutes $ 40 bucks. It can’t be that bad. I scheduled my appointment with Heather the day after the monumental half marathon because at this point I knew my body would need some care. Appointment set. I arrive to the building and it’s kinda sketch. I texted my friend the address and was like if you don’t hear from me in 2 hours call the cops. But once you are in Heathers care you forget completely about the building. This has to be hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. She knew which spots were troubled and took extra care on those areas. I will be back! Loved it!

I started with a LivingSocial deal and have already booked my next appointment. Heather is amazing at working through the ever-​present knots in my shoulders and I cannot wait to continue coming here. Location is a little strange, but once you’re in the room, you won’t even remember. Perfect music, lighting, love the peppermint oils!
Her prices are incredibly reasonable, she is amazing and professional — and this is definitely the best message I’ve ever gotten.

If you’re in need of a good massage, SoBRO Bodyworks is a great local place to get your fix. Owner Heather is very knowledgeable and capable of giving a variety of massages. I typically go for sports recovery, and she does a great job of focusing on my specific needs.
Appointments can be easily scheduled by calling or texting Heather. When you arrive for your massage you will enter through «door 4» in the back of a building on 54^th street. The building is just east of the monon trail, so if you are traveling west on 54^th street and you get to the monon you passed it.

I’ve been seeking a new massage therapist since the one I had moved south. After trying a couple, I landed on Heather’s table. She took the time to get to know me and my identified needs. This resulted in a highly satisfying 90 minute deep tissue massage of moderate intensity which I have scheduled to repeat. It meets my needs for therapy and relaxation. My back and my mind are synchronously attuned on this. Heather readily responded to my questions re: my part in improving my physiological function (Homework as it were). I’m thinking that my search for a massage professional is over. Try it, you’ll like it.

Heather does an awesome job. I used to think a massage was just something you pamper yourself with but, Heather’s abilities make it a therapeutic experience as well. I have seen Heather several times and her massages have certainly helped me in my physical healing. I appreciate how she takes her time and gives her care as she thoroughly works on each and every area. And her additional training in physical therapy and pilates is a wonderful bonus!

What started out as a groupon massage deal, has turned into an awesome 2.5 year relationship. Heather has helped me through a few significant running injuries with her amazing massages and overall knowledge of the body! Heather is straightforward and knows her stuff. Her massages are very relaxing. She runs her business like a business, which is important to those with schedules and busy lives. She also knows a thing or two about holistic medicine, which I find appealing. Was not aware of her existence until I purchased a Groupon. Now will be a regular customer without a Groupon. Her facility is close to my home, easy to get to (professional building across from Zest) and comfortable. Free parking abounds as well.

HEATHER IS AMAZING!!! No other way around it. I initially went to her because she happened to be running a Groupon deal. I will now be a repeat customer regardless if I have a Groupon or not.
Heather was professional, accomodating and honestly, I received the best massage I’ve ever had.
I admit I was a little sketched out by the location, but once inside and on the warm massage table, my mind was at ease and I relaxed for the entire hour and a half.
Definitely find some extra cash in your budget to treat yourself to a massage from Heather.

After a grueling week long meeting of 12+ hour days, my shoulders were kinked up in knots. I had the day off and began searching for relief close by. I happened to stumble upon SoBRO Bodyworks as I was looking for another business in an office building on 54^th Street, and quickly made an appointment.
The ambiance is quiet and tranquil, with the ultimate soothing background music. Heather (Chaney) spent time asking what my areas of concern were and whether I wanted her to use essential oils. Her selection of peppermint and lavender was the perfect combination, each waft easing my tension as she worked her magic on my aching muscles. Her touch was firm and very therapeutic with attention paid to my areas of pain. I felt very relaxed and comfortable and left feeling as if weights had been lifted from my shoulders.
In addition to massage therapy, she also offers aromatherapy salt scrubs and a flexible schedule for you 8−5ers. I’m thrilled to have found her so close to home, and can’t wait until I can indulge myself again!
