This is the worst business I have ever dealt with! They simply cannot meet their quoted completion dates for repairs. They told us it would be 2 – 3 weeks for the repairs and we are now on month 3. Each week, they tell us that the car will be ready when they get the last piece/part that has been ordered. But, there is always something else that is missing. Something that they did not expect. The owner is completely clueless and blames her lack of follow up on her current status of health. The workers blame each other and often indicate that the main cause of the delay is not longer employed at this business. Do NOT take your vehicle to this poorly managed business. They should be closed immediately and I am planning to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I had them change a lock on a replacement doorgate on a station wagon once. They did fine, but that seems to be the limit of their ability. After a serious accident, we took a minivan to them(it was a March). They quoted a price, and a timeframe of two weeks. Two weeks came and they insisted they needed more time. I noted I had an event scheduled a month later, and absolutely had to have a functional cargo vehicle by that time. They assured me it would be ready. It wasn’t, and I had to rent a vehicle for that. So we were at 6 weeks, no repair, and none in sight. I wrote the vehicle off as a loss and replaced it, but they finally did get it fixed… in June. Then they called for money. The price was as quoted, yes. So I paid it, figuring to have a spare van. The structural repairs failed in a month. If they’d said they either didn’t have the time, or couldn’t fix it, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, they strung it out at their convenience and did an inadequate job.
