The sales team is horrible. I own a small business & financial consulting firm. I had requested a rate sheet as is advertised on their website. I called and was told the sales guy would call me back. He didn’t. I called them and spoke to the sales guy, who acted like I was trying to get proprietary information from them. He was supposed to email me with the rate sheet but didn’t know if he would be able to get to it because he was working on a «big proposal». I still haven’t received the information I requested.
