I wish I could award(0) stars also. Another visit to this store… another round of headaches to undo. I’ve gone to the Sprint site and sent them direct messages about the poor performance at this store before. But… I was in a real pinch and chose to dance with the devil again… huge mistake… huge. My visit a few days ago has left me with being billed for a service plan that I was assured didn’t exist as well as an equipment bundle that I didn’t even purchase. I’m so disappointed at this. I specifically asked time and time again for things to be clarified and I was convinced that my perceptions were reality. Now, I have to go back to this dreaded place and talk to the manager an undo everything that was done to me without my knowledge. Very disappointed… I was sure this visit would be different from all my previous visits… but again, this turned out to be a horrible experience. I resent being lied to about the plan and charged for accessories that I certainly didn’t walk out of the store carrying. I honestly don’t know of a good Sprint Store… anywhere. If I didn’t have so many people on my plan that would need to reset everything, I’d definitely go to a different provider. Suffering through the Sprint 4G tower upgrade in Indy was a nightmare as well. A class-action lawsuit was opened because of the poor service.

Horrible customer service! Went into sprint explaining we didn’t want a contract. Irvin assured us that they had a program that would fit what we are looking for. After having some issues with service, not receiving/sending text successfully and having the phones looked at with no success, as well as the fact you can’t access data while on the phone hinders my productivity with work we opted to cancel service. We were told that with a lease all you would have to do is turn back in the phones at any time in good shape and you could cancel service. When we went to store they wanted $ 650 per line which totaled over $ 100 more than what the phone cost in order to break my «contract». They then said well your not on a contract you are just committed to the phone for 24 months and there is a «option to buy fee» you pay of you want to «break your agreement». I explained that isn’t what was explained to us. On top of that our 3rd phone is on a totally different payment option of installments. So that is a totally separate fee for cancellation even though it’s on the same family plan. These people are shady, and if you go to a corporate store they will basically call this store the red headed step child of sprint, and of course will take no accountability even though they told us our account was totally incorrect and illogical the way it was set up. So don’t trust what they say they will lie just to get you to sign the contract and after 14 days you are stuck.

The people at this store are top notch. I live in Fishers, and I will travel to this store from now on for anything I need regarding my phone service and or accessories!

wow bought a phone 3 weeks later would not hold a charge… this was a new phone paid the add’l 8 dollars per month for service went in to see what they could do about it told it would take 90 minutes left phone did errands came back… said they could n’t work on phone cos i didnt sign papers… but, .they didnt offer me any papers to sign. all around cluster f*** waste of time and money
