FREEUPGRADESCAM!!! I was told I was getting free upgrade free stuff and my bill would be $ 135 a month for the new iPhone 6 + a tablet. And the free accessories. Did not realize I was being f@&$ed over until I called the sprint customer service line and found out my bill would be $ 170 a month cause I was paying on the accessories which was 5 speakers I didn’t even really want. I’m glad I called cause now I’m really mad. Had to leave a trip to come back and return all this BS! Idk his name but he’s the bigger Caucasian male! Which he isn’t here today. Figures cause I have a bone to pick with him! They can also shove this tablet where the sun don’t shine cause the 1g data limit is for the birds. My son used over half in a hr. I was told it was unlimited. Guess what… No such thing exist. Man can he talk his head off and make it sound great. I made sure I asked all the questions and he just flat lied to my face! Not to min him I’ve had sprint for 6yrs and their service sucks. Verizon is just by far the best I’ve ever had I just can’t afford it anymore.

CAVEAT: ****WARNING*** I use adult language on this review. william bill cash is a liar and will fux your account up and have you on the phone with customer service forever trying to fix it. I know this review is way late. don’t even know if he still works there but if you ever get him ask for the next employee. It really doesn’t matter anyway cause they’re incahoots and will try and cover for him, but I ain’t go for it. I got all my $ back and my grandfathered plan restored. Period. I know exactly what we talked about and what you said. Your manager was right there and not once did he step in and say anything. The manager is very aware of how he does business and talks to customers. The manager probably coaches all of them on their deceptive practices. If you do happen to return your device he will try and strong arm you for a $ 35 restocking fee.(But he won’t face you he sent the newer guy to do his dirty work. But I directed my comments to little bill.) BS! «It’s your fault I’m back here you insecure lying little boy» Then he won’t return your device in their system so it won’t come back as an ‘out/no sale’ for him. You’ll get your bill with an etf & non returned device charge and have to wait until sprint investigates to clear it and credit your bill. What a deceitful little, sneaky, conniving lil’ SHYT he is. p. s. Yes I called him little because of his behavior as a little boy & his size. Yes I’m being intentionally mean cause he put me through hell with my account. Every word I type is 100% the truth. I’m not speaking out of anger.

The service I have received at this Sprint store(multiple visits) has been outstanding. I had problems with a device and the staff were quick to address my problems and assist me with my needs!
