Be aware of what you’re signing up for at this establishment!!! They do not give credits to your CC; they only give credits to future rent. Michelle(the support person) indicated that I would receive a «credit to my account» for incorrect move-in fee and lower insurance. When I reserved the unit online, it was $ 29.99. When I signed in at the establishment, the rent was now $ 34.99 or $ 39.99(I can’t remember exactly). I called Michelle and she verified that my reservation was for $ 29.99. She said a credit would be issued. I also signed up for $ 10k of insurance for an additional $ 10. Two weeks later, I was notified that I would have to submit paperwork for the $ 10K insurance. I declined and settled for the free $ 5k coverage. Because I had paid upfront for $ 10k worth of insurance, but later took the free, Michelle indicated again, that my «account would be credited». I assumed that this meant back to my CC, but it didn’t. I lost out of ~$ 30…but still, it’s the principle. TELLCONSUMERSUPFRONT of everything that they need to know! This non-credit-issuing issue came across as real shady to me. Almost forcing you into another month, just so you can«use your credits». Other than this incident, facility was nice, accessible. Michelle is very easy-going and helpful. She just couldn’t give me back ALL of my credits!!!
