We purchased a home last year. The previous owners recommended Swift for service. As issues have come up, they have been very responsive. The technicians have been courteous and thorough in explaining the issues at hand and offering a resolution.

Bought a new house that ended up having a bad air con unit. These guys were very patient while we worked with our home warranty also. They were also extremely punctual and quick. The courtesy calls to let us know they were on their way were appreciated as well. I was a little annoyed that our first appointment was quoted for «midday». I left at 9am to get some groceries thinking I had plenty of time. They showed up like 10 minutes after I left. That’s not midday, that’s morning! I feel like I can’t be mad because they were early as opposed to late. But everything after that went smoothly, will use again.

Jack’s of all trades in addition to being expert HVAC. From the obvious aspects of knowing their stuff when it comes to HVAC to the little stuff like respecting your carpet and hardwood surfaces, these guys are real professionals.
