Awful store with awful customer service. I bought a shirt and after the first hand wash the color faded in a spot. So I return it to the store and they REFUSED to exchange it… it took my husband going in and getting nasty with them and they gave him our money back. All I was looking for was an even exchange. This was my first purchase from Talbots and it will be my last. I’ll continue shopping at places like Nordstroms where I know they value customers!!! Shame on you Talbots!!!

Pretty much everything I wear for work is from Talbots, but after my experience at this store, I’m not going back. Good work!
