Decided to try out this new place for lunch. They have about 10 lunch specials that include a soup and springroll. I opted for the shrimp pad Thai. The vegetable soup was absolutely delicious. Full of flavor. I could of kept eating it. The spring roll was bland and needed some herbs or dipping sauce for it. Now for the pad Thai. It wasn’t the best I have had nor was it the worst. I had about 6 decent sized shrimp but it was lacking the cilantro and spice. I ordered the medium and it was not hot at all. Now for the super star. The hot ginger tea was delightful and I could just keep drinking it for days. I will be back to try more items.

The crab ragoon was great! It had real crab and the perfect distribution of cream cheese and crunchy outside texture. I always judge Thai on their panang curry, my favorite dish. The panang curry was good, but I wanted more of the creamy sauce, and the medium spice was spicier than I expected but manageable. I also felt the portion size was smaller than I expected but it was enough to finish in one sitting. The service was great here too and we even talked to the manager who is very friendly. Didn’t expect them to bring us dessert but it was a nice treat to have fried banana. Definitely coming back here again.

WOW! This place has some amazing Thai food! I would rank it right up there(for those that venture to other Thai joints) Siam Square and Thai Spice. It may be even better! I ordered spring rolls, tom yum soup and red curry with chicken. My husband ordered the guyatel soup with shrimp. We couldn’t be more satisfied with this place. Great portion sizes! We will be coming back for sure!

I went to Thai Recipes this past weekend. I had the Pad Thai which came with spring roll and soup. I ordered the Pad Thai Thai Hot. This about $ 11.00. The spring roll was just your average spring roll. The soup was really good. I enjoyed that a lot. Good complexity of flavors. There were two reasons for four star and not five star. I thought the dish was a little too much on the greasy side. Not real bad but noticeable! However, the main reason is if I order something Thai Hot and that is the highest level above hot, I expect some heat. Their Thai Hot to me seemed overly mild. There is a place on the west side that makes the same dish and has the appropriate heat. Now for the positives on the dish. The noodles were cooked perfectly, a fair amount of chicken and outside of the lack of heat the spicing was decent. The décor was nice. The place seemed clean and it appeared the owner has standards. The service was good. When I told the owner that the dish lacked heat, he brought me some pepper flakes. It didn’t really increase the heat much, but I appreciate that he tried to correct the situation. I thought the prices were reasonable to slightly on the high side for the quality of the food. However, I can get a better version of Pad Thai with rice for a little over $ 5.00 on the west side. I will be back and may try other dishes, but I did enjoy the Pad Thai! If you are bored of chain restaurants and think for yourself and are not manipulated by millions of dollars in TV commercials to make yourself believe you have to eat average to below average overpriced food at some chain restaurant, I am one of you. Let’s all keep supporting the true food scene in Indiana.

IM. IN. LOVE. This place was fantastic! Way better than expected! — Living on the south side, you always dream of having places like this pop up. The food was great, the service was great, the price was great, and the restaurant was immaculate! The restaurant is family owned, and the owners are extremely nice! Everything in their restaurant was new and tidy, and looked very very inviting. As for the food… The food tasted fresh and home cooked. Not like some fast food place. It was AMAZING! And the portions here are HUGE… I mean I’m a hungry girl, and I still had to take a lot of my dish home in a take out box. The food was SO delicious(for me as a vegetarian and for the boyfriend as a meat-lover) and we even got complimentary desserts with our dinner.(Which were to die for, BTW.) We cannot wait to keep coming back! Definitely found a place in our heart right away! W

Just delicious. The best Thai food my wife and I have had anywhere. I had the drunken noodles, and they were perfectly prepared and spiced(hot). My wife ordered the pineapple curry and it also was wonderful. Colorful and delicious. The dining area was clean and tastefully decorated, the owner, who also greeted and served us, was quite friendly and attentive. If you like Thai/Asian food you need to come here.

I will round up to a 5 star. The food is standard Thai food. It was tasty, prepared quickly, and the environment was nice. The staff was friendly and offered suggestions. Try the toasted coconut drink — simple but refreshing.

I saw that this place was finally open, and my wife decided to pickup some lunch for us to go. I was pleasantly surprised that a new family owned restaurant was on the Southside. It was very good, with affordable lunch specials until 3pm. I wish them the best in a tough business. Please come and support them.

Overall, it was a great experience! This new thai place is relatively cheap with huge portions. I ordered a chicken pad thai to go and only waited less than 10 minutes. I only managed to get through half of it(and trust me, I was starving) and was able to save the other half for leftovers that night! I also ordered a bubble tea – green tea, it was alright but quickly lost its flavor, I wasn’t super impressed with it. Next time I’ll probably just stick with thai tea. Can’t wait to be back and actually sit down and try it!

My wife and I moved to greenwood recently and have been looking for a Thai place. We have tried a few and we’re not happy. We tried this place and we are very happy to say we found our new Thai place! My wife got the Green Curry and I got the red. Both were delicious! Huge portion size. Lots of bang for your buck. Staff was very nice, we did pick up and they were on time. We will be going back very soon. I’ll probably try something else just for fun but that curry was great. Medium spice was pretty spicy. I thought the curry had a bit too many bamboo shoots but over no real complaint. Try this place!

New Thai spot on the south side! Super excited! The place is super good and cheaper than other places. Don’t hold my word for it, it might become for expensive after its popularity increases. If you are a Thai fan you will be super happy with the service and the food ANDTHEPORTIONSIZE :)! It’s located right next to Sprint on Thompson and East. Behind taco bell. The inside is so pretty and clean. I tried and I love. 5 stars!

This place just opened and we could not wait to try it. We went to get take-out and the staff was very friendly, offering us water while we waited. I ordered Chicken Padd See Ew and my husband got Pork Padd See Ew. I like it hot, he prefers mild. So good! The only thing I would change is I would’ve liked more veggies. A friend of ours got the Yellow Curry, Thai hot. He let me try it and it was indeed very spicy but I immediately wished I had ordered that. It was amazing! We will definitely return for more.
