The Staff are very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this place.

Living at the Residences at Keystone Crossing was an absolutely amazing experience! I would still live there if I didn’t need to relocate after finishing school. The apartments have luxury finishes such as granite countertops, wood floors, stacked w/d in unit, and floor to ceiling windows. As a young woman living alone I always felt very secure as you needed a key card to get up the elevators. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond for the residents. The skywalk to the Fashion Mall and parking decks were great in the winter as well. My only complaint is that the pool/gym facilities were shared with the hotel. The hotel guests treated the facilities as such and would leave towels and trash behind.

Units are furnished and have mostly high end finishes. Even with wood floors, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances they still have crappy peeling bath tub /shower units. So close yet so far… These are connected to the mall so big plus and the food court now has a chipotle on top of the freshii, sushi, and frozen yogurt just steps away. Parking ramp is nice in the winter. Gym is decent and the pool /hot tub are ok. Overall a decent place with fairly responsive management. Definitely pricey for what you get though.

Recently opened, the Residences at Keystone Crossing is a remodel of the south Sheraton tower. Many of the apartment building amenities, like valet parking, gym and swimming pool are the hotels. I found the lobby, even after the remodel, to still be very hotel-like, The apartment I have been in, which is a mid-level corner model, was about 500 sq ft. The living room/dining room/kitchen combo featured new appliances, marble counter tops, hardwood floors and a magnificent view. The bathroom looked just like a hotel bathroom. The apartments are expensive for the amount of space you get. The selling points are the view and being able to walk to Cheesecake Factory or Crate and Barrel in the rain and snow and not have to walk outside.
