I’m not sure why there are no hours posted for Saturday because they are open from 10 – 7. I walked in this morning at the Carmel location with no appointment and was able to get my cracked iPhone screen (and damaged lcd) repaired in about an hour. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. My phone looks like new and I am extremely happy! I sincerely hope that I will not need their services in the future, but if I should have another damaged phone I will not think twice about going here.

I can’t recommend uBreakiFix enough! Drew and the team at the Clearwater location did such a fantastic job repairing both my iPhone and Macbook Air computer which I had brought in due to water damage. Not only were they willing to fix water-​damaged electronics (something many stores won’t do), their prices are extremely fair. On top of that, they were very transparent with me on the breakdown of costs for different parts and the fact that attempting to repair water-​damaged electronics can often make things worse. Their policy, however, is that if their attempt to repair your water-​damaged goods doesn’t work, you’re not charged. That was a big selling point for me. I would highly recommend uBreakiFix to anyone and will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

I break my phone so much and I’ve been to so many places but this was my favorite place. Prices are relatively cheap. Super friendly staff. Very good and fast at what they do. Highly recommend them!

Took my iPad in for a repair and now it does not work at all. I called ahead of time to check to see if they could do the repair and was told that they do the repair all of the time. When I picked it up, their response was pretty much «oh well, it is the chance you take.» There was no indication given that this repair could permanently damage your iPad. This store should be called, «UbreakIDESTROY». If I could give them a zero stars, I would.

Shattered the screen on my iPhone 6 on the 4th of July. Went in the following Monday (with an appointment) and I was in and out with a brand new looking phone in only about 45 minutes. I was impressed with how quick they could do it considering how busy they were following a holiday weekend. I appreciate being able to make an appointment online and their upfront pricing. Also, they have the best prices around (that I have found). Thanks, Tyler, for the quick and great service.

I was able to schedule an appointment online without any trouble. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted promptly and the shattered screen on my iPhone 6 was fixed immediately. My phone looked like new when it was returned to me. I highly recommend this store.
