I’ve worked with many Indianapolis catering companies but Venture Catering «takes the cake». Their staff has that rare blend friendliness and competence. My favorite menu item is the Chicken Strips!

DO NOT HIRE VENTURE CATERING! I hired Venture Catering to cater a work breakfast for important clients. Delivery was scheduled for 6:30 a.m. They did not show up nor call to say they were running late. I called several times and left several messages since no one answered. We scrambled to make other arrangements for our clients. At 7:35 a.m. — one hour after the scheduled delivery time — Venture showed up. The young delivery girl started unloading her van with absolutely no recognition that she was late. I confronted her about being late. She acknowledged she was more than an hour late and said the driver over slept. I told her we didn’t want the items if we were going to be charged. Of course, she had to call her manager who kindly offered to provide breakfast for «about 50% percent off» for something that the delivery person admitted was 100% Venture’s fault. Save yourself frustration and disappointment and DO NOT HIRE VENTURE CATERING.
