Do not go to Dr. Lane if you want a natural childbirth. She is not supportive of it. She told me that only 15% of women can progress through labor without «augmentation». She also told me that birth was not what I thought it would be and that in her entire career only two or three women had ever succeeded in having the natural childbirth they had said they wanted.

I left her practice and had a perfect, completely natural birth (not even an I.V.) at Methodist hospital. Childbirth was easier and more beautiful than I had ever imagined.
If you are not interested in a natural childbirth, Dr. Lane is friendly and came highly recommended to me for her surgery skill.
