Recently moved out after spending 5-ish years here. It’s not a bad neighborhood especially for the price. Property managers come and go pretty frequently, but I don’t think the quality dips. They enter your apartment like every 3 months or so for different reasons like changing filters, inspections, or changing fire extinguishers. They’ll always give notice, but it’s not always the best. They give an entire week then say it could be one of those days. It’s pretty pet friendly, but your pets can’t be corralled in a room if you work while they’re inspecting/changing stuff. That was kind of a bummer since I moved in with a dog who was abused in a kennel and terrified of them. The dog park is nice, and I always felt safe. The new speed bumps they put in are atrocious though. I stopped using the easiest entrance for me because I had to cross all the speed bumps and my car would scrape against them no matter how I tried to drive over them. Maintenance is always quick, helpful, and effective. They are absolutely the best part of this complex.
