Another customer won over. Craig’s is hands down the best repair shop I have ever visited. The techs there know their stuff and if they don’t, they’ll admit it. Saved me over $ 300 compared to getting new brakes at the dealer and even fixed a leak in my tire at no cost. If you need work done in Indianola (or Des Moines for that matter) make Craig’s your first stop!

I have dealt with many unscrupulous auto mechanics and was EXTREMELY lucky when I found Craig’s Automotive. They are very honest and care about their work. They want satisfied loyal customers and care for your vehicle like it was their own. They will give you an honest assessment of your problem and either fix it or refer you to someone who can. A+

I’ve been around the automotive block a time or two and have run across some very unscrupulous mechanics in my day… THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!
I’ve been to Craig’s numerous times now for various car woes, and they’ve always been upfront and honest with me. When they weren’t comfortable doing something, they referred me elsewhere not charging me for the hours they spent diagnosing problems and when another shop was trying to fleece me on a brake job, Craig’s did the work for 1⁄3 the price.
It’s a bit of a drive from Des Moines, but honest to goodness quality mechanics are hard to come by, and well worth the trip!
I can’t say enough good things about these guys!
