John and his guys conducted brake work on my 2008 Saab. Without going into too much detail, all I can say is… in a world where its commonly known that a trustworthy and honest mechanic is hard to find… I FOUND ONE! John will go above and beyond to make sure your problem is fixed and fixed right.

In September of 2011, a vehicle part was stolen from my vehicle. A subsequent theft report was filed with local law enforcement. Upon the conclusion of the law enforcement investigation, it was discovered that an employee of Cecil’s Automotive, in the City of Indio, Ca was responsible for the theft of my vehicle part. The employee admitted to installing my stolen vehicle part on a customer’s vehicle, which was in the business for automotive service. I have spoken with the owner of the business and as of Monday, 10-​10-​2011, he has continued to allow the thief/​employee to remain employed by the business, despite his confession of theft and deception while performing automotive repair.
