Cloud City Hookah Lounge

Goin to keep it short n simple… this is the best lounge in the valley by far they got a good vibe good music and they got a good amount of great flavors to choose from… go check them out for your own experience!

First time coming to cloud city and let me start off by saying, excellent location! So nice to have a hookah lounge on this side of the valley!
It is very nice and modern inside, very nice and chill atmosphere. Came in tonight on a Friday so the price 1 for $ 25 and 2 for $ 40. I was a little thrown off with the price but it is definitely worth it! Great flavor selection and top of the line hookahs. Also, the couches are very comfortable and not extremely pushed together so you have your space. He also added in that there are different special through out the week which is a nice option if you are on a budget! They brought out the hookah and coals very quickly. The music was not too loud which is nice so you can actually have a conversation with the people you are with. Overall my experience was excellent, the staff is friendly and knowledgable and very attentive, hookahs were hitting milky and the crowd was mature. Definitely coming back !
The only thing I would have to add was the restroom did not have seat covers which isn’t a big deal but could definitely use some. (:

One of the best hookah lounges in the valley. Good vibes all the time I come. Even the staff is legit and chill with the people who come smoke. It’s a must come when you’re in town.

This place is a great place to bring your friends to hangout and smoke hookah. The place is very clean, they have comfortable big couches. The atmosphere is great, the music also really adds a fun vibe to the place. The prices are very reasonable. The owners are also very welcoming and knowledgeable about their product. They do not charge per person which is very cool, it is 15 $ for one hookah and 25 $ for two, great price! Will definitely be coming back! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

Talk about a great place to relax and get a head change with awesome flavors cloud city by far is the best hookah lounge in the valley. Owners Daniel and Eddie have great customer service and crazy experience always check on your hookah and how its hitting. Music is awesome very clean and great furniture! Vibe here is just over the top and clouds everywhere all the time. Recommend cloud city to any hookah lover or any person trying for the first time you will not regret it.

They have a wide range of flavors that are awesome.
We had Ice Cream Blueberry Vanilla, Code 69, Safari Melon Dew, Tangerine Dream.
I’m on a hunt now to return and try all the different ones and the mix and match them. I can’t wait.
The 2 Owners Daniel & Eddie are hookah people them yourselves. so they are great for the new people wanting to try it out and see which flovors are good and to mix & match which a PLUS to me.
Its always great the honest opinions and suggestions from the people with more experience like Daniel & Eddie.
The spot itself has a great vibe to like with music, TV’s the lights, to the tables and the hookahs themselves.
They take credit cards.

Wow. Cleanest and most well kept hookah lounge in all of the desert cities. We have been visiting all of them in an attempt to find a good hookah lounge, and this is it! The owners take great pride in upkeep and the personal service touch is great. They take credit cards and it is in a good location. I can’t say enough about the place. Furniture is comfortable, new, and modern. Atmosphere was sheik, relaxing, yet somehow upbeat. This is the ONLY decent hookah lounge in the valley.

This has become the best hookah lounge we have in the desert/​Coachella valley! They have set the standard for new shops my by a mile.
Located just north of the fantasy springs road, in the right corner shopping district. Parking is plenty since they’re the only shop opened late.
The moment you walk in you see tables to the left and tables to the right with fellow patrons puffing away. Flat screens everywhere that can be changed to whatever channel you prefer AKA that sports center haha
The front desk is immediately to your right with a small laminated flavor list. They don’t charge per person and instead take the high road to charge per hookah. It’s $ 25 for first session and then $ 5 for every new flavor after that. The atmosphere is definitely laid back with a modernized feel to it. The hookahs hit great and the staff is always seeing if you need anything or need them to fix your hookah.
They offer drinks too, like water, energy drinks, or soda. They have a restroom located all the way in the back too. The sofas are super comfy and ideal to lean back. The tables light up along with the TVs.
They have top brand flavors like the starbuzz or white gummi bear, but I recommend you get that Melon Blue. You lose track of time here real quick because my visit went from only an hour to 4 hours straight puffing away!!!
Overall 5 stars because they elevated the hookah lounge standard for the Coachella Valley. The pricing is just right compared to other lounges and the customer service is above average.
