Gardner Pool Plastering

Gardner pool plastering co is a family business that stands behind it’s work. My pool is just three years old and suffered from several issues… rebar rusting and extensive staining from what appeared to be plaster dust and brush marks from an improper start-​up. In addition to this, it developed extensive copper staining from the exposed rebar. I called the general contractor that built the pool, Richard of Classic Pools, whom initially showed concern, but quickly became MIA, refusing to return phone calls. Gardner was contracted by Classic pools to plaster the pool three years ago and thankfully showed much more concern than Classic pools.
Was the pool still under warranty? No.
Was Gardner responsible for the sloppy start-​up? No.
Was Gardner responsible for the 6″ piece of rebar being just 1″ from the plaster surface rather than the standard 2″? Doubtful, as there are several companies involved with this aspect of pool building.
Despite this, Mike stepped up and resolved ALL of my pool issues. Not only did he repair the rebar, he acid washed the pool, his crew did a fantastic job! With so many companies happy to take the money and run, it was refreshing to deal with a company that goes out of the way to resolve issues and make the customer happy.
