The owner is the worst. Makes you feel like you, the customer is a nuisance. Always hated going there for anything. Had to file a claim with a ups shipment and had to go through the «shipper» which was this store. Had to do the work for them myself and still was a terrible experience. After a month am still waiting for refund. Ups paid postal annex already now the line given to me when I follow up is that the check is with the accountant. What does that mean? Apparently I need to wait a few more days. NEVER AGAIN!

needed a moving truck went to a uhaul rental yard about 5 miles from our house, who explained that we could reserve a truck but postal annex close to our house actually does the rental so we reserved what we wanted, went to postal annex who keep trucks in back, we got there right when store opened and man behind counter was pretty rude, clearly annoyed we were there so early. he was very abrupt when I said we were there to pick up a truck he said «if I have one» I said no we reserved one he said «Doesnt mean I have it » he said the uhaul place we went to probably didnt check his inventory when we booked truck I said we will take whatever you do have becuase I could see several in back of parking lot, It was really hot inside, I said Geez its hot in here and he said Well I just got here I havent turned the AC on, go stand by the fan if you are that hot ” we filled out the papertruck said we needed it for 6 hours which was the full day use 6 hours, it was 9:30 by the time we got the paperwork done and got keys so at 3:15 we took truck back and they were «closed», sign said they closed at 3 and they were closed the next day sunday as well, I was not too happy he should have said something when we said full day 6 hours that he closes early on Saturdays or make us aware and initial paper, fearing we were gonan be charged thru to Monday we called uhaul corporate and they were helpful they said they show that store is open to 5 as does the store website also, we told him nope all locked up sign on door closed at 3 Saturdays. anyway we were able to leave truck there and put keys in mail slot, no charge thru to monday. This store also didnt have any dollys or appliance dollys, all worked out but the counter person should not be helping people, not customer service friendly.

The guy from this store is so rude and unprofessional!!! I have to send documents, and he told me it’s too expensive for express then I said it’s ok, he gave me that insulting smirk that as if I can’t pay it!!! Then to add up he made errors in inputting the delivery address that caused the delay!!! I don’t recommend this place!!!

Got some copy services here. Prices are comparable but I had better services at other FedEx locations…

I called to ask what time they close and to try and get a quote for a package I need to send. The guy who answered was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked him if they can do quotes on the phone he said that i would have to come in (which is understandable) and when I said, «Okay thank you» he mumbled something along the lines of «ehhm» and hung up. Unfortunately, his attitude persuaded me not to even go there. Afterwards, I called another postal annex in Indio (on highway 111) and the lady was extremely pleasant and helpful. She sounded busy and although they were only 20 minutes from closing she still gave me a quote over the phone. I don’t know if this one on Jefferson street has less technology and truly cannot provide over the phone quotes or not, but nevertheless, I am never going there. By the way the one on Jefferson street still had 2 ¹⁄₁₂ hours before closing time when I called. (5pm)
