It is so bad. Were do I start. Just look The bartenders. NOCLASS!!! Waitresses really try hard. But how can they do a great job. when the kitchen put food. For drunks, that had too much champagne. NEWSFLASH! Know what the food is supposed taste like. before you service it.

Great friendly service when we walked in and at the bar. Cold beer, chilled Don Julio, menu looked really good as did the food passing by. Temptation was there but timing was off for our food requirements! Will definitely be back. Cool mix of locals and others. Grounds are gorgeous.

Slow service. Drink order was wrong and nachos were awful. Cute atmosphere was the only positive.

I’m a huge fan of the Tack Room, mainly because it’s close to home. The prices are just right and the food is pretty darn good. I love the Empire Manhattan, which is one of their specialty cocktails. I would give them 5 stars with just a couple of tweaks to their menu, including procuring a better blue cheese dressing for their wedge salad. I also wish they would serve some of the craft cocktails from the Coachella Music Festival that takes place at Empire Polo Club where the Tack Room is situated.

Have been to the Tack Room several times and am finally getting around to Unilocaling them. What an awesome cool place that is pretty much right on the polo grounds(although no view of the grounds which is a bummer). The outdoor, doggie friendly area is huge and really nice. The food has been good every time we have visited and the beer is always cold! Try to chicken quesadilla or the flatbread. Both are pretty good. Unfortunately, we have never been able to catch any of their live entertainment but hopefully next time.

First time I’ve been there and loved the food, atmosphere and the staff! I will be making this a permanent place to enjoy and will tell all my clients about it too!

Going to start with the good, the service was fantastic! Hostesses were kind. Ambience cool. We ordered artichoke dip, flat bread, wedge salad, hot dog and nachos. All were tasty and presentable except the nachos. Arrived with cheese whiz. And a hair within. Don’t recommend the nachos. It was our second time there. First time ate inside, love the décor. Second time sat outside, love the ambience too but the fly situation was terrible. It wasn’t even summer it was late November. I realize we r at the polo grounds and surrounded by horses but they need to do something about the flys. Not appetizing at all. Side note, Interesting as the chips we received in both nachos and artichoke dip were different from chips pictured in photos shared. White corn tortilla, not as good as true fried tortilla chips. Maybe they had run out…

Nice bar but can be a little loud for no reason. TV’s had annoying sound delay. Food was OK bar fayre. Passed off ranch as blue cheese sauce. But service was good and our server was pleasurable.

The Tack Room Tavern was next on our list after we were unable to park at Neil’s, and boy did this place deliver. We are talking beer by the pint, locals galore, and live music! The only thing better in the desert than karaōke is live music. The band played covers of Tracy Chapman(it was good, trust), Lenny Kravits, Steve Miller Band and just owned it. Will absolutely come back again.

Cool vibe, kinda like an old polo barn. Good bar food… club sandwiches, onion rings, wings, ribs. They have live music sometimes, not the best, but somewhat entertaining. Really good service. You can sit indoors or out. Way too many TVs…

Omg the food is amazing! I even liked the tea. Yes I am very picky when it comes to iced tea, they made it perfectly. I also enjoyed their side salad and the BBQ chicken quesadilla with caramelized onions. Yummy! It was way to much for one person, prefect for 2. High recommend it!

Very disappointed, was expecting so much more from this place. The customer service was verily there our waitress took a very long time to help us, to see what we wanted, and to even give us our check. The food was average nothing special and the location was ok.

My favorite Restaurant and Bar in the area. New to the valley for only 6 months and knew this was the place after my first visit. The bar is cool and the drinks are plentiful. The food is almost perfect and the staff is simply wonderful. This is a New Yorker spreading the truth. Don’t miss it. Oh, as an added treat, you will not have to take out a loan for a great dinner

Based on the reviews we had read on Unilocal before heading over to the Tack Room, I guess I expected a little bit more. Location was good, right by the polo grounds. Décor was kind of interesting. Those were pretty much the high points. Food was just ok, nothing special. I had the posole and a cobb salad. The cup of posole was pretty bland, I salted it twice and added tapatio. They don’t serve it with any limes, so you do have to ask for them. As for the cobb salad, not impressed. It’s a chopped cobb that has corn, miniscule bits of turkey and ham, maybe some blue cheese(jury is still out), a hunk of avocado is perched on top and some crumbled bacon. Bland ranch dressing is tossed in. Highlight is definitely the bacon. The salad is served«stacked» so it’s really large once you knock the tower-o-salad down. Not great. The server was nice enough, but pretty un-attentive. Seemed like everything took forever which was no surprise since the staff was chatting amongst themselves most of the time. Not a terrible experience but nothing memorable. Don’t think I would rush back.

Been here for lunch, dinner, happy hour, birthday parties, Christmas parties, hanging in the bar or booths it’s a fun place to bring your visitors. They get a kick out of the saddles and the landscaped grounds. Food is good, music is good, laid back atmosphere. If you are a local you will no doubt bump into someone here. Live music can get loud when it’s inside(in the summer) Large outside patio which is dog friendly. Hey rumor has it Clinton was even here. I didn’t see him. Love the huge parking lot for donuts…,

I don’t give 5s! Lol I recently went there for dinner in a group of 7. We all enjoyed what we had. My friend had the full rack of ribs and they looked goood! He said they were too. I had buffalo wings, which were really good. With actual blue cheese as they should come.(Gracias!) Then I had the Kobe burger! Yum! With draft beer, of course. The place was loud, not that its a bad thing, just FYI. Plenty of TVs. Definitely would go back! Great place to go n watch a game with the guys! Lol

BESTMARGARITA in the desert so far!!! The bartender Tito was very kind and personable/funny. The margaritas he was making were seriously amazing. The salsa and guAc and chips are supper yummy to munch on while drinkin rounds with your friends. The bruschetta flatbread was good too but it definitely had too much cheese. Overall, will definitely be back for more margaritas and to try the rest of the menu!

Patio was awesome. Ambiance was relaxed. The cover band was great too. Very diverse repertoire that appealed to all. We stopped by aft church to say hello to some family, so all we had were appetizers. Nachos were decent. Potato skins were delicious! It was happy hour so we got our grub half off. It was still teen(13 – 17) friendly outside round 6−7pm. Not sure about inside. My only disappointment were the lack of patio heaters. Very spacious area outside but we had one heater near us turned down n we were all freezing.
