Sofia is the B e s t at everything, especially beautiful lashes ! And I love the way she waxes. Tom and Tina are the best at doing nails. Everything turns out perfect here ! Will totally recommend this nail spa for everything looking for the best !

My coworker recommended me to go to this place to have eyelash extensions her eyelashes were so beautiful and natural looking and she told me that she had been going there for a long time she told me to ask for Sophia. I called the day of and spoke to Sophia over the phone, she was very sweet and polite and was very accommodating to my schedule she was able to get me in the same day which was wonderful. I asked for the individual lash extensions which I hear is the best way to go because they last longer and they look more natural versus cluster lashes. The experience was very relaxing, no pain very comfortable setting very clean and sanitary. The table that you lay on is very comfortable. The process took approximately 45 minutes. This was my first experience getting eyelash extensions so I was a little bit nervous and anxious to see the results. When Sophia said that she was done and she handed me the mirror I could not believe what I was seeing I could not feel The lashes on my eyes I and they looked like a beautiful set of false lashes very full and long simply stunning. I have been wearing them all day and sometimes I forget I even have them on there is absolutely zero discomfort they feel like my own lashes. I’ve already gotten several compliments and I am just the happiest customer ever. I am officially addicted to eyelash extensions and I will be a long term customer of Sophia and I will be getting my lashes touched up every month they are absolutely stunning and worth every penny. The lashes were very affordable compared to other prices in the area I highly recommend this salon for eyelash extensions I am very picky and very particular about my make up and I could definitely say that I will no longer need mascara! Thank you Sophia and Trish you girls are amazing and so very talented I’m going to tell all of my friends about you!!! Thank you for making me look beautiful today!

I’ll stick to budget nails in coachella, at least they greet me the first second I walk in.

Basic nail place, guy in there kinda rude when you walk in… ok manicure and pedicure for the price. I’ve gone back because it’s clean and the price is better than most places in the area. They never remember me when I come in.
I got my eye brows waxed and I broke out the next day.

This Place is great. I loooove trish for my wax and lash needs, and when she isnt available. .Stacey does am amazing job on my lashes. Tina is the pedi queen. she really takes her time and does great with my design ideas. This place is always clean. If you havent been. For sure give them a try

I have been going to Trish since before she relocated to Indio; I would have followed her anywhere for Lashes. I now use Sofia who does an equally good job and extremely friendly and anxious to please. Trish’s artistic ability in tattooing is amazing. I love my brows! Next I’m going for tattooed eyeliner!

I have been here 3 times and 2 out of the three have been bad experiences. I went for eyelash extensions and made an appointment with Sophia. She overbooked and then tried to turn it around and blame it on me and said she had to have someone else do my lashes. I ended up having to go to Brianna for the lashes and showed her a picture of what I wanted. All she kept saying is «So, you want them dramatic?» I said no, and showed her the picture again. She did not do anything close to it and even when Sophia saw them, she commented that they were done incorrectly. Sophia tried to fix them but the glue had already dried and she could only do so much, I drove over an hour to go there because the last time I went I was in the city for the weekend and Trish dida great job on my lashes. The second time Trish supervised a new girl doing my lashes and it took the girl 2 hours to finish them. That is way too long to have someone poking and prodding at your eyes. I wouldn’t say don’t go there, but if you do, make sure no one besides Trish or Sophia work on your lashes. Apparently Brianna only knows how to do one style of lashes and I overheard heard teying to convince the next customer that she wanted «dramatic» lashes.

Horrible Customer Service!!!
Walked in and no one greeted me… not even looked at me… Sat there for about 15 min just waiting. I walked out and prefered to drive further to where I know they do a great job with my eyebrows (House of Beauty in Palm Desert) and have good service. I guess this place isn’t interested in new customers.

Sophia did my lashes today and did a wonderful job. HOWEVER, I’m leaving a 3 star review because the owner, Tom, was very rude and unprofessional to me. My appt. started an hour late because the co– owner Trish had to go on maternity leave early and appts. needed to be shifted around. Fine. I get it; life happens. I wouldn’t have said anything except Tom walked in and demanded that Sophia STOP in the MIDDLE of MY appt. to accommodate another customer whose appt. was late as well. EXCUSE ME??? So, I’m less important of a customer? I guess it doesn’t matter that my appointment started late as well??? He was so RUDE; I’m still reeling from this experience. I have NEVER been treated this way. This is NOT acceptable behavior and certainly not a sustainable business model! I left the shop feeling angry and stressed out when I should have felt relaxed and pampered. I pay good money for a service and tip generously; I expect to be treated like a valued customer. The ONLY reason that I will give the shop another chance is because of the excellent work that Trish and Sophia do. Disappointed and angry.

I can not gush and rave more about Trish! If your dying for a prefect eyebrow she is your go to girl! She’s like one of the celebrity perfectionist for the desert lol and her shops are always clean! My eyebrows are on point with Trish! Do if you have jacked up eyebrows and in need of a beautify call Trish’.

I love the way they organize their salon. It’s just very different than any middle class salon out their. Their work is gorgeous. 5 star! Highly recommended.

What a beautiful place! Everyone is super nice and helpful ! I will definitely be back! Your grand opening was awesome! Trish is wonderful with eyebrows & lashes! Everything is so organize in this salon ! The chairs are so comfortable & relaxing! The different type of pedicures are unique! The $ 30 is my favorite but it’s good to get the $ 45 every now and then too. See you next time !(:
