Floor staff efficiently assisted me in finding some specific hardware for some various household tasks. Kudos
Cashier have me cold welcome and almost sneered at me for returning (the next day) my unused hardware I did not use. Did not greet me properly nor thank me for coming to the store. Jeers!
Everyday is not a good day for everyone, but when I tried to nudge her to say something kind she was almost bitter and lackluster, insincere and dismissive.

It’s nice to see that a retailer still provides some service to customers. I’ve visited twice since moving to the valley and both times they staff was very helpful. You don’t get this kind of service from larger home stores.

this little place is convenient if you just want to get in and out quick… the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable… it’s also right around the corner from my house so it’s my go to hardware store.
