Love this place. After trying out different groomers this is the one place I find myself coming back to and would never leave. They take their time and do exactly as you ask. Very friendly staff. I always walk in and feel welcomed. They make me feel secure about leaving my dog. Not one single complaint about them. Thank you A+ grooming

Johnny and his wife are two of the most awesome dog groomers I’ve ever met! Johnny always greets you with a warm smile at the door and has even been known to help you to the car.
I have 4 small dogs so it’s hard to bring them all at once, but we do! Due to my dogs being rescues and temperamental, they usually keep them for the day. I don’t mind at all because they take their time, instead of a rush job! 2 of my rescues have been turned down from groomers due to their tendency to snap, but this doesn’t stop Johnny.
Words can’t express how happy I am with their work too! Their nails are always clipped, and the exact cut I hope for is blown out nicely.
Your dogs will thank you for taking them to A+! You can also shop for doggy cosmetic items like leashes and dog beds while waiting. Call ahead, and book your appointment. You won’t be disappointed!

They groom my dog really well and they recommend what works best for your dog’s breed. Most stores don’t do that, so I appreciate their advice. Overall, my dog seems fine when he’s home and the price is worth it.

I’ve tried PetSmart, Petco, some local groomers in Chino and Walnut, but this is the only groomer that knows how to give my Maltese the perfect puppy cut. Price is reasonable, it used to be $ 35, but recently went up to $ 40. Downside is they sometimes take too long to do the grooming, so sometimes my Maltese has to stay there for 5 or 6 hours…

No matter how good they are at grooming (besides they are not), this business doesn’t seem to understand the customers are the ones paying, not the pets.
We made an appointment and drove 40 miles to this place. But when we politely asked for an estimated time for pick up, the lady could not give us an answer and told us in a rude tone just to wait somewhere until they called. After 7 hours, we were finally able to pick up our puppy (C+ for the result).
If you like to be treated in a rude tone and wait. This place is for you. A+ for tardiness!

First time having my 10 month old puppy getting groomed. His name is Fluffy for a reason. Because, well, hes FLUUUFFFY! With tons of hair and also very playful, I was nervous that he’d give anyone a hard time. I’ve been here a few times with my sister and her 2 doggies, but this is my first time as their customer. Its very important to call ahead of time to make an appointment as they do tend to be booked for days in advanced. And also be prepared to have your beloved pet there pretty much all day til closing time or a little past, which i don’t mind.
This is located in the shopping center on Fullerton Rd and Gale Ave. Parking may be difficult to find on weekend afternoon/​evenings, but there are a few spots in front of the door meant for drop offs/​pick ups. When it comes close to closing time, you can also head over there and eat at neighboring businesses such as ramen, phở, jersey mikes, pancheros, or even starbucks. Love how clean and well lit the business is inside. Spacious with tons of cute and adorable things you can buy. From clothing, to bedding, to collars, leashes, water bottles, snacks, carrying bags, treatments, supplies, and even strollers!
The staff is very knowledgeable and very generous. They definitely know what they’re doing, and for such a great price too! I was afraid Fluffy would give them such a hard time, but he came out totally looking like a different dog! They ask what cut you prefer, but I trust them with what they feel looks good. They made it so easy for me to tip well, and also to keep coming back. They also do boarding as well. ;)

I have been going to this grooming place for at least 2 years. I have two dogs, one is a Maltese-​Poodle and the other one is a toy poodle. Usually, they get pretty busy with their schedule, but they are also very flexible if you REALLY need get your dog groomed. When you make «appointment» with them, it is more like a drop off time. They will call you and let you know when your dog is ready for pick-​up. Overall, this is the place I go to get my dogs pamper :)

This is my new go-​to grooming place! The price is way more ideal than that of petsmart and petco. I brought my dog here last week after petsmart kept trying to reschedule my appointment from a weekend to a weekday because they needed to spend more time grinding my dogs nails…
Anyways, glad to have found this local small business. The owners are taiwanese/​chinese so don’t be upset if they don’t know a specific breed right off the top of their head, it may just be a language barrier. Be patient because they do a great job and deserve a chance.
I have a small yorkie, the price was $ 40 for bath, haircut, nails, and teeth brushing. Although the lady told me next time the teeth brushing will be an extra $ 5 and not included in the base price. I brought my dog in at 11:30am apt and they asked me if I was in a rush to pick him up, I said no and they called me around 2:30pm to pick him up.
I totally give them an A+, and will be back next time my dog needs a haircut. Thank you!

I used to bring my puppy dog to petsmart for the puppy trim as he’s still too young to get a regular haircut. This month he just turned ½ year old and I think it’s time for him to try something regular and no more puppy trim. I read a lot of good reviews from Unilocal about this place so I decided to give it a try. I told the staff I would love to have his hair cut shorter because summer is coming. Staffs here are very friendly and helpful. They take good care of my dog especially he’s still a puppy he has a lot of energy and always moves around. I know it will take a lot of patients and effort to cut his hair. I was hoping to get a rounded face haircut on him. The staff here deliver a very good and detailed job on my puppy. Even his head cant get perfectly rounded shape but still he looks very cute and happy. The nails were trimmed and ears were cleaned too. I am very happy with this place, will definitely recommend it to my friends and come back again.

I was looking a grooming shop for my 1 yr old Westie, called the surrounding groomer shops. This is the only place who does not EVEN KNOW WHAT IS WESTIE, I explained to the receptionist: Westie is Westie highland Terrier. He answered: well, I don’t know what is that! I am not a groomer. He finally searched Westie, and told me they have done this type of dog. I asked him if any of the groomers does Westie often or had been requested to groom a westie before, he said: At this point, I don’t understand what you are asking. REALLY??? am I speaking Swahili??? The owner is so smart to hire someone who doesn’t even know a common breed to be a receptionist and even with an attitude. I wish Chinese owned business care about costumer service too.

I ONLY bring my dog here. If they’re closed or busy then I wait. I’ve tried other places and I don’t trust them as much as I trust A+. The owners are super nice and take good care of my dog.
My dog always comes back super clean and soft and I never have had an issue with them. Definitely recommend this place to any pet owners in need of a groomer.

I recently moved from NYC and in need of a dog groomer. I read great views for this establishment and why not give it a try.
I am very happy with the service. I wanted a puppy cut for my dog to prep him up for the summer and I got what I requested for! He smelled good too.
The place is nice and clean. They also sell accessories and treats!

I’ve been bringing my two dogs here since 2012. Great grooming service. Super nice and friendly people and my dogs seem to love them. They are always excited when they see the shop and look/​smell great when they leave.
Should definitely call to make an appointment cause some days are busier than others. They are closed on Tuesdays.

They charge $ 35 for bath and +$ 5 to brush teeth… Sometimes if my dog’s hair too long or dirty they will charge me $ 40 for grooming which is reasonable. They did great job !!!
They are selling pets accessories，clothing, carrying bags and beds etc. They also have pets hotel. Look after my baby while I’m traveling!

This place is a pet groomer with a small pet boutique inside. Their store products are sooo adorable. I love their dog bed and dog clothes collection. The clothes are much cuter and reasonably priced than at pet store chains. They also sell Golden poodles apparently, but you never know how they’re bred.
This place can get busy and it’s not hard to see why. The price is reasonable at $ 35 for a full service grooming (hair cut, nail clipping, ear cleaning, anal gland expression) and your dogs come out looking adorable! According to the owner, Jonathan, they take classes in Asia and follow the Japanese style of grooming. Jonathan is a really nice man. He even helped me try the clothes on my dog. Too bad my dog’s unique body proportion didn’t fit any of the clothes… they looked really cute on him!
Anyway, on to the grooming. Again, this place can get busy. You probably need to call a day ahead if you want them to fit your dog in their schedule. Also, plan accordingly, because they WILL keep your dog for most of the day. The «appointment time» is more of a «drop off time» and they work on dogs as they come. Plus, they will take their time with your dog, not the 1 – 1.5 hrs you may get at some other places.
My little doggy is a Poodle Terrier mix so he has the curly hair, but much less hair in general so no poofy teddy bear cuts for him. I discussed with Jonathan about it. He said they’ll have to see how it goes with his hair and I basically just let him decide what would look best for my dog. Well, I’m glad to say that my doggy came out looking great! He looked just like a little lamb and his hair was incredibly soft and white.
I’m happy with the work that A+ did on my dog. I’m definitely going to be getting my dog groomed here again in the future!

Came here because I saw all the stars and photos of gorgeous before and after dogs, and I do not regret it! This place is incredible. They left our dogs looking incredible. Dropped them off at 2pm and picked them up at 7:30pm. Even though it was a Sunday after hours, thy still kept working on my buggers until they were done.
We arrived and they were very courteous to me, Johnathan and the very nice lady at the front let me know the process, and made me aware of any issues they were going to have with some matting my dogs had. One of my dogs is very… Attached to me, so when she gets sent off with other people, she tends to have a really rough time. Johnathan was very sweet to both my skittish girl and my calm boy, he treated me dogs very well, which is not something I can say for all places. I let him know what kinda cut I wanted for my dogs, and he very politely let me know that it was going to be difficult, (due to the matting so close to the skin) but that he would do his best.
5 hours later, I came to get my two gorgeous dogs and we couldn’t be happier! John and his employees did such a fantastic job. This is officially our spot for dog grooming. Never looking back!

From first glance I thought this place was going to be ghetto, but my mom’s friend recommended that we come here since his friend owns it. The inside was not bad at all. It was very cute and clean.
I called in for an appointment, but their first availability was 4 days later! They must be very good to be packed until that late! Well luckily, my mom’s friend called in for us and the lady took our dog in the same day we called.
They lady and the husband who owns the place were sooo nice! I did not see that coming, especially because they are Chinese (Asian owned places tend to be evil). My sister’s dog is a Pomeranian and he is SUPER annoying. He Unilocal and cries all the time. I want to punch him sometimes, he’s sometimes very vicious too if he doesn’t know you.
When the lady went down to grab him, my sister and I were so surprised that he did not growl or attack her. I think it’s because he knew that she was the grooming lady. The lady grabbed Baby and hugged him and was sooo nice! She took him to the back and fed him also, since he didn’t eat it.
You can tell that this place really cares about their customers and pets. They also do sell puppies. I’m not sure how much, but I’m sure not as expensive as other places. These people are genuinely nice and is not trying to cheat people’s money. The total for Baby’s grooming (bath, haircut, nails, etc.) and teeth cleaning came out to be $ 35. I don’t know if we got hooked up for the teeth cleaning, but either way. We did not expect it to be so inexpensive! We expected at least $ 50. Definitely recommend this place, it is worth the time and drive!
